My wife and I needed a significant amount of work done late in the season and interviewed a few potential landscapers, all of whom had excellent reviews online. Brian stood far out from even that elite group in his full service approach to landscaping and lawn maintenance, depth of knowledge, consultative approach, and creativity. He patiently educated us about our yard, advised us on all the options we had including quite a few creative ideas, and made well reasoned recommendations. His crew showed up just a few days later to do the first pass of work and our lawn looks much better than we had expected. Their detail orientation, both in the work and in the follow up plan, is exception. I'd highly recommend them to anyone!

Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!

Everything was going smoothly with the process until they had to put in the bricks, and sand them for the pathway. After the initial bricks were put together we asked them to expand the bricks to the little pathway, and we got quoted $400 for it on site, so we agreed. Up until today the remaining of the bricks were not placed. Not only they did not finish their job, but I had to wait for 2 months for them (after many calls made to the office) to come back and finish sanding in between the bricks. Needless to say grass is growing in between them, due to the delay in sanding. When I called to make them aware of the hole on the asphalt I was asked to pay the "outstanding" balance due, for a job that was not completed, and threatened that I will be taken to court.
