Our friends recommended Brian for a new patio and he did not let us down. Hi work was timely, prices competitive and the outcome was great. My wife and I discussed our patio design that would be placed into an area with very poor drainage. Brian and his son were able to bring it to life and made it all work. We love the work and will update this post as the work matures. We would recommend Brian and be happy to answer any questions. Photos will be added read more

Brian and his crew are fantastic - they do very high quality work at reasonable prices and are also a pleasure to deal with. My wife and I needed a significant amount of work done late in the season and interviewed a few potential landscapers, all of whom had excellent reviews online. Brian stood far out from even that elite group in his full service approach to landscaping and lawn maintenance, depth of knowledge, consultative approach, and creativity. He patiently educated us about our yard, advised us on all the options we had including quite a few creative ideas, and made well reasoned recommendations. His crew showed up just a few days later to do the first pass of work and our lawn looks much better than we had expected. Their detail orientation, both in the work and in the follow up plan, is exception. I'd highly recommend them to anyone! read more

Excellent responses and communication. His company is involved in rehabbing the landscaping of my property. He removed/pruned trees including large oak(s) one of which required a crane to properly be taken down and removed. Service was done in a timely fashion. Will continue using Brian and co. for ongoing landscaping/lawn maintenance. read more

Brian was great from beginning to end. He responded quickly to my initial request for an estimate. When he came to do a site visit he was respectful and very informative (I now know what a forsythia is and when it blooms!). Throughout the whole process, he was good about explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it and how the aftercare of the lawn and trees should go. When my husband and I have questions now, he is still responsive and friendly. We will definitely continue to use Brian and recommend him to others for our lawn care needs. read more

Brian and his team were professional, honest and did a great job cleaning up after the project. They took the time to help me figure out the style and color of brick for our new walkway. Dinsmore Brian J Landscaping - Front Walkway (new) - Landscaping Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

Brian and his crew did a fantastic job on my front lawn project. From the demo of the bushes, spreading the loom, hydro-seed, to fertilizing. Even with out a sprinkler system I was able to grow a super green lawn that is looking like it is going to be tough and durable as well. The thing I think is the best about Brian is he gives you the answers to the test. I'm not someone who has a green thumb, but with Brian's guidance and great prep work, all I had to do was provide water ( a lot of water) I have gotten so many compliments on my lawn. The most common one is "it is so green". I will be using Brian and his crew on all future landscaping projects down the road. He has taken my ugly front yard and turned it into one of mine and my sons favorite places to be. thanks Brian read more

Dinsmore landscaping is a great, professional local landscaping company. I first asked Brian to mulch some flower beds while he was working at my neighbor's yard and he cam over after hours and edged and mulched for a very reasonable price. Since then Brian has just completed a hardscape job and it looks great. Brian communicates well and his experience and knowledge shows in the work he and his son do. I would recommend Brian to anyone looking to have a landscaping project done in the area. Brian will be working on a new lawn project for my son and he will be handling the fertilizer program for my lawn this year too. read more

Brian is the best. It's that simple. I had a "beautifully" green lawn of entirely crabgrass which was the result of trying to do it myself. (you would be amazed how thick and green it was, just not the right green). Brian came over to look at the soil conditions and decided that we needed an aeration and over-seed. He gave me very specific instructions on how to prepare for the operation and although it was a couple days of work, it was well worth it. After setting a date, he arrived with crew and aerated, seeded, and applied fertilizer. I have no idea where he gets his seed but it is by far the best blend. This is mostly because it grew, whereas the "national name brand" that I had used before did not. (not at all actually) After following Brian's watering instructions carefully the grass has grown beautifully, truly beautiful this time, and it's so nice to know that it's real grass and not crabgrass. It's like I had imagined it would be and I couldn't be more happy with the results. I've still got a long list of care instructions to follow but am very happy to have them. I like to be able to do things myself, I simply had no experience with growing grass. I feel confident that I'll be able to continue maintaining this now that Brian has got it growing and looking beautiful. I highly recommend Brian, he is excellent at what he does, gives great instructions and is happy to get you going and let you take the reigns once he's got it started down the right path: You won't go wrong. read more

Brian removed our old concrete steps and asphalt walkway and replaced it with new granite steps and a paver walkway last fall. We couldn't be happier with the work. The new stairs and walkway completely changed the look of the front of our house. He was professional, friendly and easy to work with. He listened to our ideas and made great suggestions. We plan to have him come back to plant shrubs this spring. read more

Brian does a terrific job, on time and as promised. Moreover, he takes care of his customer over and beyond what he agreed for.

We hired Brian Dinsmore in 2010 when we lived in Wilmington and he was our landscaper for 5 years. Every spring/summer, we would have him and his team work on our lawn since they are very professional and met our high standards. Our lawn was in horrible condition due to grubs before hiring Brian's team so we had them redo the lawn. A couple of our neighbors also eventually hiring Brian Dinsmore just by seeing the results of his work on our lawn. I would highly recommend Brian Dinsmore and his crew. read more

Dinsmore Brian J Landscaping - This is a before and after pic of our lawn. - Landscaping Near Me - Billerica, Massachusetts

Brian Dinsmore made our lawn the envy of the neighborhood! We contracted Brian to install a sprinkler system, which was very well planned and has been working well (and we can control it from our smart phones!). and then asked for his help getting our lawn up to snuff (we live in new construction and the initial lawn couldn't be sustained). Brian expertly assessed the situation and recommended a path forward (treatments/aeration that he provided and recommendations for care/mowing that we were taking care of). Brian is knowledgeable and fair; he explain the purpose and price for every treatment prior to performing it. Now strangers even stop their cars in front of our house to tell us how great the lawn looks Thanks, Brian... read more

Brian and his crew revitalized our lawn and it looks beautiful. We had a great lawn when we first got our house and then it slowly deteriorated and no one could seem to help us. We went through two landscapers and Trugreen and nothing. We finally got Brian and he immediately was able to figure out what was happening and then out a plan in place. We did everything he said and our lawn is now beautiful. read more

Brian and his crew did a great job cleaning out my yard and removing a huge garden that was left behind from the last owners of the property. He is also very reasonably with the pricing, I will definitely use Brian and his crew again for future projects. read more

After several years of neglect, I decided it was finally time to redo my lawn. Getting a late start in the season, I had a difficult time actually getting somebody to call me back. I was able to obtain two estimates to redo 75% of my lawn. The first landscaper told me he could tear up my existing lawn, bring in many yards of loam, and put down seed. Brian Dinsmore suggested putting down loam over my existing lawn. The good grass would grow through and the new seed that he put down would take over the rest. He then asked me how I was going to take care of the lawn since I do not have a sprinkler system. After some conversation, I decided to have him install sprinklers for us. The entire project didn't cost much more than the first estimate I got for loam and seed only. The reason I went with Dinsmore Landscaping was because it didn't just seem like he was looking for a job to do. He wanted me to have a lawn that I was happy with and could enjoy for many years. Throughout the summer, Brian kept in touch with me through both email and phone calls and advised me on what my next step should be to care for the lawn. Because it was such a rough summer he came back twice and added seed to the areas that had washed away. Dinsmore Landscaping did an excellent job and we are extremely happy with the service we got. read more

Brian was terrific to work with on my landscaping project. The project included the following: new drainage and water protection around the house, new loam for grass, a new stone patio and refill of the mulch beds. He completed all parts of the project with great care. After a deluge of rain over the weekend, no water entered my yard from the street. The patio that he designed for me was simple in scope but beautifully layed out. I'm sure my grass will grown in with the same beauty. He and his son were very personal and Brian invited me to the landscaping yard where we chose are material together. All in all I was pleased and his pricing was very competitive and fair. I hope to work with Brian and his team for my next project. read more

Last summer Brian and his team did an extensive project in my yard. It took several weeks and Brian was consistently here and letting me know what was happening each step. A new patio was installed along with 3 walls, a walkway and a new driveway. The stone walls out front are gorgeous and exactly what I had envisioned. Brian made sure everything was built to last for years. New plant beds, a new lawn and sprinkler system were also installed. Brian worked with me on all aspects and truly was interested in making sure I was satisfied. We worked together on plant choices and even went together to the nursery. Brian has a great team including the contractors he uses. He took care of so many areas in my yard and made sure each aspect was done well. I highly recommend Brian Dinsmore and his team. He did an amazing job turning my yard into a wonderful space and I can't wait for summer to be outside enjoying it! read more

Erik C. I was highly impressed with Brian's work. He did an excavation project in my yard. Brian and his crew do good quality work within a reasonable time frame. Also the price was right. No complaints here. They exhibited years of experience. I highly recommend Dinsmore landscaping. I will definitely call Brian first for any future projects. read more

We added an addition and our yard was destroyed, irrigation was damaged and patio was removed. We hired Brian to put it back together and this was the best decision we could of made. Brian had many suggestions regarding the best plan of action and most of all he is on site every day hands on. Brian and crew installed a beautiful patio and two walkways, cobble stones, crushed stone, irrigation system, granite lamp post and most important a deep green lawn. His follow up instructions are very specific, follow them and you will have a lawn the envy of the neighborhood. Our lawn was filling in great when due to weather conditions it had gray mold form. I called Brian, he again gave me specific instructions to stop the spreading of the mold as it kills new grass quickly but most important is he showed up a week or so later and over seeded all the spots( 1/3 of my front lawn}. His dedication to being sure you are completely satisfied is first and foremost with him. His pricing is very fair and never any hidden cost. I would recommend him as you will not be disappointed with his work and commitment to your project read more

Dinsmore Landscaping repeatedly does a great job! Had Brian and his crew back this spring and the job was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Brian did a simple aerate and over seed this fall. We played some e-mail tag to get a date set-up but he came out as planned. Exactly the work we discussed. What was most helpful was the follow-up instructions. Brian had a very specific set of follow-up steps that worked as promised. The lawn thickened up and greened up beautifully. I'm a do it yourself kind of guy so I appreciate when people teach me how to do a job better not just collect their fee and leave. I will surely call him again. read more

Our front yard was a mess - weeds and dirt. I called a few local landscape companies and received a few quotes. My last call was to Brian Dinsmore and it was the best call I could have made. We talked about what should be done and bounced a few ideas back and forth...like most, cost was a concern. We finally decided to go with sod since it wasn't a large area and would provide instand green. It is beautiful. Brian's team did an outstanding job and we continue to use them for maintenance of the lawn. I'm looking forward to the day when we can have our backyard done by Brian and his team! By the way, we have gone from the ugliest to the most gorgeous lawn on the street. read more

Have used Brian and his crew for a number of years for lawn spring cleaning, mulching, and fertilizing. They always do a fantastic job. I also knew eventually I would want to redo my lawn and do other work in my yard. Over a couple years I would ask for advice from Brian as I tried to determine what I wanted to do. He was always willing to come over, walk around my yard, answer my questions, and give excellent suggestions & advice. In 2017 we decided to add a patio with fire pit and walkway. Brian worked closely with my wife and I to design the patio and walkway and look at many different stones until we came up with a final plan we really liked. The installation went beautifully. Brian is a master mason. We love it and get nothing but complements when people come over. In 2018 it was a new lawn and irrigation system. We had a well put in and then Brian installed the system, and put in a new lawn. The lawn looks fantastic and the system works great! Highly recommend Brian for any job you may have in mind. read more
