She said she wouldn't dust because she was injured and didn't want her team member to handle it. If she wasn't able to complete the service fully, she should have rescheduled rather than charging full price. When I requested a partial refund, she declined, saying she had to wait an hour before entry and another 30 minutes afterward. With the time lost, was that the punishment for not properly cleaning my home? She did offer to come back for a retouch, but at this point, I did not want her energy in my home again. If she would have cleaned correctly the first time, there wouldn't be a need to come back for a retouch.
