Steve and his team were very well knowledgeable and qualified to do my windows and solar panels, I can't believe how clear they are, I can see! Great value and energy saver! . read more

Another year, another visit from Steph and his assistant Dante, and our windows are once again crystal clear and sparkling. What a pleasure this small, local company is to work with! I had meant to post this as a follow up to last year's review, in which I also touted owner Steve Cravea's professionalism and promptness in giving us an estimate, and how easy it was to schedule with office manager Amy. There's nothing like calling a company and having a human being answer the phone who pleasantly and efficiently takes care of you right there and then. Truly nice people all the way around who do an exceptional job. read more

I initially used this company to help clean my gutters after I noticed they were spilling over. They were quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I used them again to clean the outside of our windows, our house has a ridiculous number of them (35 I think) but the process was quick and didn't cost a fortunate. They also looked great! Recently used them again, two years after my first gutter cleaning for the same service after I noticed them spilling over again. I had to have them come back after their cleaning didn't solve the problem. After diagnosing, the crew took the time to explain and actually show me that the problem was my storm drain wasn't draining as it should but that my gutters were clear. Unfortunately they don't service storm drains or I would 100% be using them. Amy, the person that facilitates making appointments, is also helpful and quick to respond! read more

Steve came out and gave an estimate on cleaning our filthy windows and skylights. While he was on site, I also had him give an estimate on cleaning our solar panels and rain gutters. In the end, we had him clean everything and we were very pleased with the results. His crew showed up on time, worked hard and cleaned up after themselves. Steve showed up towards the end of the job and pointed out a couple of spots they'd missed that frankly we never would have noticed. They also cleaned out the gutters on our barn even though they weren't included in the quote. It's nice to see our beautiful Napa through clean windows again. Call Steve so you can do the same! read more

I was extremely impressed by the entire process. Steve came by in order to provide a prompt and written estimate. His team scheduled it, was here on time. Their work area was clean and the finished work was spectacular. Will definitely use them again. read more

They did a gutter clean and downspout flush on a 3800sqft multilevel home. Wonderful job, very careful, cleaned up nicely. They hung the loose gutters back onto the hooks, checked for leaks, etc. Owner Steve was very kind. Price was within our budget.... Potentially saved my life because me cleaning the gutters was the Plan B read more

I called and asked for a estimate. They came same day, later on that afternoon. The price was right. They were very professional and courteous of my plants. I was not to sure about how well it would work. The brick looked so old and bad. I wasn't expecting much. I was so glad I took before and after pictures. I could not believed it. It looked absolutely fabulous! Brand new!!!. Pictures do speak thousand words. I definitely recommend Advanced Services. Thanks Stefan and Mike for your hard work. read more

It's not very often these days that you find a company that exceeds expectations through an entire transaction, but that's exactly what Advanced Services did. From Steve giving us a quick and fair quote, to Amy helping to get us scheduled, to Antonio and Chris doing and amazing job cleaning out gutters, pressure washing our house and cleaning all of our windows and screens, it was the white glove treatment all the way around. This company gets our highest recommendation! read more

I called to get an estimate for window cleaning services for a new home my company just build and the guy that answered said "thanks bro I'm all good" and hung up on me. It wasn't a sales call. I was asking for your service. So yeah... leaving 1 star for that lame interaction. read more

Steve was referred to me by the company that installed my new roof and gutters; I wanted gutter screens installed, and they thought Steve could do the job for a better price and in a shorter time frame. They were right! Steve was responsive and pleasant when I reached out to him about the job. He came out on the same day to scope the job and give me a quote. He got the job done on-budget and on-time, and the quality of the work is great. I will definitely be using Steve for other services in the future, such as window washing and pressure washing. read more

Great service, done today! Advanced Services Napa came to us in Fairfield, and we are new customers and very pleased. Mike and Jr. handled power washing, gutter cleaning, and interior/exterior window washing over a 6 hour period. They were both personable, diligent and great about paying attention to the details. Steve and his team at Advanced Services lived up to the other 5-star reviews: quick to reply, professional, attentive, thorough, and very friendly. Restored our house exterior, including brick patio and steps, to nearly new condition after years of neglect. Will now be scheduling Advanced Services for regular annual maintenance cleaning. read more

Advanced Services cleaned my windows well in 2017, which is why I tried to hire them again for 2018. I tried to call and email them numerous times with no response: five voice mail messages left, and one email with NO response over a one month period.. I guess I wasn't a big enough fish for his pond anymore. Yes, I found someone else. However, I waited for a month for response from you. I certainly won't recommend you to anyone I know, no matter how big the project, because you are unreliable. My advice, don't ignore the small fish who swim in bigger ponds that could make or break your company. Good luck! read more

Steve is great. great attention to detail, reliable and just a great guy! He has been doing the windows at my business for over a year. He shows up on time and comes once a month. The past window cleaners we have had rarely showed up and some even just stopped with out any advanced notice. Steve and his guys always show up looking professional and he is a legit business man with great customer service! He won't leave until the job is done right! read more

Steve, and his crew are awesome. Very professional, and they do an excellent job with windows. I had another window washing company do my windows this past spring, and they used a pole washer to reach the high windows instead of using a ladder. Needless to say my windows had a ton of streaks. If you want streakless windows, and a professional company that uses booties inside to protect your home, use Advanced. Steve is great to work with. Highly recommend. read more

We needed our windows and screens cleaned after the fires. Steve was able to fit us into the schedule. His son Stephan and long time pro Mike did a great job. Stephan even climbed up on our 2nd story tile roof and cleaned the skylights. No other service had ever done that! The guys were efficient and double checked all the work they did, then asked me to do the same. And Steve called later just to make sure I was happy. I'm on their schedule for June! read more
