My gutters hand't been cleaned in a long time and had developed a couple of trouble spots. I also have guter guards which complicated the job a little more. They even waited to present the bill at the end because they could see that I was on an important business call. Wow. My only complaint is that when I spoke to Nancy to get a quote, she didn't tell me that they charge a $35 surcharge to drive to my house. It was only when I called back to book the service that I was told. It didn't feel good, after the initial quote. I would have preferred being told the quote as well as the travel surcharge at the onset.

So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks. I was reliving my horror story to my co-worker when they recommended Frank's to get the carpets cleaned professionally. I've never had a professional carpet cleaning done while I still lived in a location, but I was just saying that my youngest son is always on the floor with his legos and toys and that I was completely disgusted that he would be coming into contact with any dog poop residue from any failed attempt at cleaning I might have tried. I got on the phone with Franks around 10:30. When I asked about availability, they told me their carpet tech was going to be gone on vacation for the next week and that he was completely booked for the day. I don't know if it was the panic and anxiety in my voice, or magic carpet angels that helped me, but they looked again at the schedule and asked if I was flexible to get home and let them in about an hour. When I got to my home I was greeted by their carpet techs and they got to work, right away. They were in and out in about 30 minutes total. While they were there, they did both of my son's bedrooms and I asked if they could make a sweep in my own room as well since they were already there. The carpets looked absolutely amazing when they were done. Despite what I had done with the baking soda, everything was cleaned so well, it smelled and looked like new carpet. Price was not my immediate concern, but when I received my bill, I thought it was very reasonable. I would recommend Franks for carpet cleaning in Napa and I will definitely keep their number on hand for any future disasters.

They told me my solar panels did not really need cleaning and cancelled that job. -flexible. I had them add gutter cleaning which they added without any probelm. -communicate very well. They have an operating platform that allows for quick quotes, invoicing and arrival and completion notifications. Most importantly, they are well equiped and do excellent work. Would most certainly recommend them.
