I hired Garay Cleaning Service to clean our 16 solar panels. They were quick to answer the phone, provide a quote, and schedule an appointment. Elizabeth let me know when she was approaching and arrived on time. She was friendly and respected our property. She was here and gone with no issues. The panels look great, I'll have to wait to report on any energy production changes. Recommend! read more

I recently hired this team for solar panel cleaning and a bird guard installation, and I am highly satisfied with the service. The bird guard was constructed with high quality material, and they used a professional de-ionized water system to clean panels. I monitored my system's output in real time and noticed an immediate increase in wattage. Furthermore, their pricing offered the best overall value compared to the competitors I researched. Highly recommended! read more

Excellent service. We asked for solar panel, roof, and gutter cleaning; bird nest removal; and bird guard repairs. From the communication via yelp, to the staff, and all throughout the service visit, we were happy with the whole package, including the reasonable price and easy payment options. Will definitely keep their number for future requests. read more

I have hired Garay in the past and their work has been fine. They were supposed to show up today to wash my windows. I have been sitting here for two hours waiting and finally called to find out why no one has shown up. They told me they're behind and not coming. No one called to let me know. No one texted. I do not appreciate them wasting my time and will find someone else for the windows and the gutters. read more

I cannot speak highly enough of Joseph and his team! We had a huge bird problem and couldn't find the right company who knew how to handle it. Joseph immediately knew exactly what to do and made us feel confident that it could be taken care of. They got right to work and fixed everything as well as cleaned up the mess from the birds that was there. They were AMAZING. They went above and beyond in every aspect. So thankful we found them. Highly recommend, excellent service, completed the job quickly, Thanks a million.... Give them a call and you won't be disappointed

I had a great experience with this company. We lost water due to plumbing repair so had to reschedule. The gutters were full and heavy rain was forecasted. Garay's cleaning came out to clean the debris before the rain and agreed to do the wash when our water was restored possibly avoiding a heavy repair bill. They also collected the garbage into bags as they were cleaning leaving no debris on the property. Upfront with pricing on the first call..no wasted time doing an additional estimate visit. Loved that. I also noted how well he treated his employee. read more

I Highly recommend Garay cleaning service for gutter cleaning. Mark Anthony did a awesome job. He was very informative and knowledgeable. They also have reasonable pricing compared to the other places I checked on yelp. Will definitely use them again. read more

We booked them in July to come out in October... they were fully booked for months ahead, which was a great sign! They spent the day cleaning our solar panels (which hadn't been cleaned in many years), and cleaning out the gutters and washing our outside windows. They were super thorough and super nice. We will be bringing them back each year, and we now know to book early! Happy to recommend them to all in Vallejo. read more

Although my windows were very dirty, most of the glass does look a lot better. However, they left with several of my screens to be repaired. I was told they would contact me when they were ready. I heard from no-one for at least a week and a half, until I finally contacted the owner. I also discovered some of the window sills were still dirty and covered with cobwebs, as well as one of the windows is still very badly streaked with some sort of film. They informed me the window couldn't be cleaned because the cleanser would scratch the glass. I would think that they would either test it to see if it works, or find something that does. I am very dissatisfied at the lack of communication and the fact that some of the windows were not thoroughly cleaned. Better communication would have kept me satisfied. read more

Great job cleaning my gutters annually.

We had Joseph and his team install Gutter Guards and clean some staining on our roof. Joseph and his Team were professional and did a great job for us. They bid the job as we asked them to. Yelp is a beautiful thing! I found Garay's Gutter Services with 5 star reviews and didn't disappoint! Called and spoke to Joseph to have my gutters inspected. He was transparent in the cost. I told him what I needed, and he explained what they could do. They came as scheduled. Very professional. Showed me pictures of the condition of my gutters, cleaned and tested them (fortunately, they were in descent shape). Suggested gutter guards (which I've wanted). I also needed my sky high window free of the spider webs forming. Mark Anthony came back within 2 days to install the mesh and clean off my interior window! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

They cleaned our gutters twice in the past 2 years. They were prompt and professional, worked efficiently and left the property clean. This year, I was happy to see a woman doing the job. Great experience dealing with Joseph and his assistant Mark Anthony. I inquired about getting my gutters cleaned and Joseph got back to me in a timely manner and quoted me a reasonable price. Melinda is wonderful. She went out of her way to accomodate my needs. I was so overwhelmed with an out-of-state move and thought I could do the cleaning, but I just couldn't get it done. She came in, did a fantastic job and even did more than we agreed upon. I got all of my cleaning deposit back. I can't say how much i appreciate all that she did, how well she did it and how kind she was/is. I can't say enough good about Garay Cleaning Service and Melinda Garay. Highly recommend. This review is for the house cleaning service that Garay Cleaning provides. A one time cleaning service was needed for a house that was in need of major deep cleaning. They were very courteous and easy to talk to. They gave us a quote and we agreed to the price. While much cleaning has been done for the price it was clear that they had underbid the job and were forced to leave many parts of the house uncleaned. This was at an inconvenience to us as we were left to complete the cleaning process ourselves. It would have been better to have given us an honest quote and timeline to clean the entire house properly. read more

I strongly recommend Garay cleaning service for gutter clean, solar panel cleaning and pigeon abatement installation. They are very prompt, friendly and courteous. I started by getting a quote which I felt was fairly done and fully transparent in the way the price was calculated. I had solar panels, gutters, and windows cleaned. Joseph and his crew came on time and did an excellent job. Downspouts are connected to the street gutters and his team made sure they were clear as well. His experience provided me information about some recently replaced windows that had their seal broken (which often looks like a dirty window but it is condensation between panes). I will now go to Milgard for warranty work. The team understands the reduced pressure requirements for solar panels. After the cleaning of the panels I could see an improvement of 5kWh per day ($1.10/day). I will continue to use their services. Scott M. read more
