The pharmacist , Lev, is incredibly patient, kind and knowledgeable, I always have lots of questions regarding my meds, which other pharmacists find annoying but Lev patiently listens and then advises. Lev is the truly the most amazing pharmacist I have ever known as he cares about each and every customer and takes the time to completely understand your health needs. His prices are competitive and his store is well stocked with practically every OTC item you can imagine. I feel incredibly blessed to have found Lev and Xpress pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and will never go anywhere else.

It is a brand new pharmacy and has only been open for the past few months. The pharmacy is very clean and neat and has cards, tea, medical supplies, and all sorts of things. I was greeted with a smile from one of the pharmacists and she then helped me to find my medicine. I was so happy that they had it! So you have to ask for a store associate to help you unlock the items you want. The positive side to that's is that there seems to be more room in the aisles now. There's also a phamarcy here and I believe they are either open late or they are 24 hours just like the store. Pretty tycpical CVS otherwise as far as what's available. She goes above and beyond to help me get the scripts. She calls me if the script is delayed. She calls other pharmacists to get the meds if she cannot fill it in time. After being abused and ignored at CVS for way too long- I hope that others joined the CVS exodus and run, don't walk across the street to Metro Scripts

Arthur is an exceptional pharmacist and will very kindly answer all your questions. Unlike those big chain pharmacies that could give two shits if something happens, this pharmacy has bent over backwards to make sure I have my medicine (which is beyond important as I am a type 1 diabetic). I highly recommend using this pharmacy; also, keep in mind, they deliver so even if you aren't in Rego Park, you can have your meds delivered which is totally worth it!

Face it no chain drug store is anything to rave about. All over priced as far as non prescription…read moredrugs etc. This Walgreens however is at least stocked and does have pretty good sales. Its very very clean unlike CVS on 67th and Queens Blvd which is a disgrace. The pharmacy I really like they always keep you up to date calling or texting about upcoming prescriptions with the cost refills left etc. which I find extremely helpful. The staff can get grumpy at times its true lol, but to be honest I have seen why. I have personally witnessed them getting berated by customers to no fault if their own. I'm talking down right name calling. I mean how is it the staffs fault if their are no renewals left on their script. If they listened to the phone call they would of heard you have no more refills on this prescription after this one or is it their fault if their doctor didn't call in script etc. take responsibility. I go very early in the morning when they are not as busy and have not yet really had their dose is poor customers. They are obviously understaffed which is part if the problem if you sense a little attitude lol. Overall with prescription plans you may not have a choice were you go. I have Walgreens preferred. I used to be with CVS across the street but they were no longer preferred but I loved the pharmacy there well the pharmacist but the store itself gross. So overall I prefer Walgreens just go early.
