I used to wrestle back in school and so being a previous athlete I was looking for trainers who were knowledgable and good at their trade, true professionals. That is what I was met with here. Being 34, between work and life I fell quite a bit away from my previous state if fitness. I also have a previous shoulder injury that made me cautious about pushing myself and was another excuse to not get back in shape. My fears were quickly dispelled as I was given rehabilitative exercises for my shoulder as well as a training program that both kicked my ass and didnt reinjure my shoulder or cause it any pain. Overall, my experience with the training exceeded my expectations and that says a lot because they were high. The intimate space feels personal and dedicated. No sweat soaked muscle heads throwing weights around, good music and new equipment in prestine shape. The place is very clean (which I really appreciate) and they even have a shower and provide towels and soap etc. I'm glad I found Carbon to say the least.

Disappointing lack of support, ignored messages, and zero medical empathy…read more I joined Carbon Fitness Method hopeful that they could help me safely lose weight following three past surgeries. As a nurse, I expected a health and wellness program tailored to healthcare workers to value client well-being and open communication, but my experience has been extremely frustrating. Six weeks into the 6-month program, I was informed I required an unexpected abdominal surgery that would strictly limit my exercise capabilities and dietary requirements. Following my coach's guidance, I reached out directly to management (Justin) to pause or cancel my program due to my medical restrictions and mounting medical bills. My message was read and completely ignored. Over the next month, I sent an email to customer support, messaged my coach again, and sent a final email demanding a resolution. Every single message was either left on read or ignored entirely. Because they completely stonewalled me, I was never even given the opportunity to provide medical documentation from my physician or work out a reasonable plan forward. While their service agreement strictly states "no refunds under any circumstances" (unless you complete 6 full months without losing weight), the main issue here is the complete lack of basic human decency and customer service. I was ghosted while being left paying through Affirm for a service I physically cannot participate in. Due to the total refusal to communicate and total neglect of client health emergencies, I am planning to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and my state's Attorney General Consumer Protection Division. I cannot recommend Carbon Fitness Method to fellow nurses or healthcare workers. When unpredictable health challenges arise, this company will tune you out and continue taking your money.

Eric goes far above and beyond in his support: - He's incredibly dedicated. His attention to detail, check-ins, and support go far beyond any trainer I've worked with. - He's focused on real, lasting change, not quick fixes. Mindset is just as important as movement. - He's tough (in the best way!): he challenges you so you can discover strength you didn't know you had. Eric believed in me before I did. That kind of support is rare - and life-changing. Working with him has been one of the best decisions (and investments!) I've ever made. I'm so grateful to have found Eric! He changed my life.

I started my journey with Team Ganas back in October 2025 at 400 lbs. When I reached out, all I…read moreknew was that I wanted to make a change, but I had no idea where to start. At my trial consult, I finally had to face what I had tried ignoring for so many years. Every movement made me feel the weight of the years I had neglected my body and my health. I was scared it was too late, but Coach Jay believed in me and knew he could help me. So I took a chance, invested in myself, and put my trust in him. That same weekend, I met Coach Josie and we went over my goals and everything I needed to know. Hearing about her own experience with Team Ganas made me feel even more comfortable and excited. From the beginning, I felt heard, understood, and supported. My goals were simple: to be able to fit in a ride at Disneyland with my nephews or walk down the street without feeling exhausted and out of breath. A year later, after 80 workouts, I'm down 113 lbs! I'm doing things I once only dreamed of. I can walk for hours now. I no longer avoid fitness; I seek out movement and genuinely love working out. But one of the most unexpected parts of this journey has been the community. I've met an incredible group of women with similar goals and completely different walks of life. Our training sessions are filled with PRs, laughter, conversation, great Latino music, and beautiful aesthetics! If you've made it this far, please do yourself a favor and book the trial session. I want as many women as possible to experience the self-love, confidence, and pride in themselves that I feel today!
