Rudy is an exceptionally amazing Personal Trainer! I have been working out with weights for many years. After I reached plateau 10 years ago, I struggled to overcome it for years but no success. Just imagine that being stuck with the same level of strength and body fat composition ever since without much progress, lifting same weights days in days out. So when Rudy approached me regarding Personal Training, I wanted to give it a shot, maybe I could make a break-through. And I am so glad now I made the decision to do it and sign up with him. After 20 years of working out with weights and staying active (swimming, running, skiing, and others), I thought I should have known almost everything about bodybuilding and my current impasse was a result of genetics. I am so glad that I was wrong. With Rudy, old tricks, old exercises are made new again and my work-outs have become much more interesting with infinite combinations of challenging exercises. He also introduces me to many new exercises that I learn to love and I have incorporated them into my regimen. He also forces me to do exercise that I hate to do but are of great benefit. Then boom, I was able to do 295 lbs squatting, my personal best ever, them zoom, pushed it to 315 lbs, another personal best. And it seems I am on the way to surpass it again in days and months ahead. WOW!!! Being able to do what I have never thought I would be able to do, is something un-describable and worth being cherished. Or I had been trying to get my forearms to grow bigger with no avail.
