A simple "we're unable to move forward" would have been appreciated. Their pricing was also on the higher end compared to other companies I contacted. I ultimately hired another cleaner who had excellent communication, respected my fragrance sensitivities, and did impeccable work. My house is quite big with lots of windows. They cleaned some of the really dirty windows twice to make sure they're absolutely clean. They came with a van full of professional equipment, including a water filtering system. Diego explained that filtered water leaves no streaks on the glass after it dries. They used a rotating tube-shaped brush roller designed to clean solar panels. Although it was not part of the job, they used the pressure washer to clean the gutter covers, exterior walls and eaves along the front of my house and even pressure washed my long brick walkway as a bonus. I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would definitely hire Always Clean to routinely clean the entire exterior of my house.
