They look absolutely brand new. I had forgotten how vivid the colors were! The dog chewed a corner of a wonderful Tibetan rug which really broke my heart. Now one would never know there had been damage. Another old Tibetan rug I picked up second hand. After it came back from cleaning the dull yellow became a bright deep yellow. It doesn't even look like the same rug! On the bigger rugs there were areas where the binding had fallen apart. Now they're as good as new. I can't say enough about this company and what an outstanding job Jay and Shahriar did. On top of all that they kept in good communication, were a pleasure to do business with and were very kind and respectful.

I'm glad they did. Sonny was responsive from the start. I sent him my room measurements, he asked a few questions about the carpet and last cleaning, explained his process and the non-harsh cleaning products he uses, and gave me a fair quote. He showed up exactly on time, communicated well throughout, did an excellent job, and even left blowers so the carpets would dry faster. The final bill came in just a little under what I expected. Most importantly... my wife gave it a thumbs up. That's the review that really matters. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sonny. He assessed everything on the spot, gave me a quick education on materials and how to care for them, and then laid out my options clearly: what I could do myself at home and what would be worth having done professionally, with tradeoffs and pricing for both. No pressure, no upsell -- just honest information and let me decide. It's rare to find a skilled trade professional who's also a genuine subject matter expert, but that's exactly what he is.
