Came to have lunch with a friend. Her first time here. She really liked the decor and atmosphere. Servers were friendly. Started with chili wontons and were offered some sides too. Pickled seaweed and salad. Very refreshing and tasty. She chose sesame chicken with a side of fried rice. I chose the salt and pepper shrimp. She really liked her entree. The sesame chicken was good. Good crunch and not soggy with tender chicken inside. My salt and pepper shrimp was good but not the best I've had. Still satisfied my craving and the onions and bell peppers the dish was cooked with added to the taste of the shrimp. It's a nice place to have lunch as the vibe is laid back and the food is solid.

The end of the chili wontons (nice flavor) and my friend's fried pumpkin (very good, but definitely sweet/desserty).

Wanted a later evening dinner on Sunday with some friends and this one of the nearby options open until 9:30. Only one other table was taken, though another couple came in after we sat as well (around 8 pm). Our server was very friendly and explained the menu and options. We ordered a few appetizers - the cucumber salad was alright but not quite as tangy/zesty as others. I thought the chili wontons were pretty good but husband was not excited by them. My friend got the seasonal tempura (I think) pumpkin - super good! But tasted a bit more like a dessert than a main dish. I opted for the mapo tofu dish for dinner. Had a decent flavor, including the numbing szechuan peppers. I think the dish could've used a little more salt, but otherwise a decent (and not massive) serving of the tofu, pork, and rice. Prices were reasonable for all the dishes. The 4 stars is primarily that the food was decent though not amazing and the music was a bit too loud/bassy - something about the speaker placement (I guess) made it reverberate where the booth seating is and it was a bit too thumping.

We arrived on a Saturday night and it was a packed restaurant. Good news is that we got there later in the evening, folks were starting to finish up their dinner and tables were starting to free up. The restaurant looks nice and can't go wrong with DBZ on the big TV! We ordered a few Tapas to try and for my entree, I went with the curry. Entrees were all fine, but the string bean was my favorite. Nice crunch with some garlic/salt chunks. Entrees came out shortly after and the curry was tasty. Creamy, has a hint of spiciness, and good balance of meat and veggies. Overall, we had a good experience here and the staff was very attentive. I would definitely return!

Five big shining stars! I first met Miya Moon via a Yelp Elite end of year party and WOW- I am so glad I did! Their cucumber salad is amazing- so crisp! The tempura pumpkin was fantastic- great flavor and texture. All of our dishes were good. The ambiance is elevated- the interior is beautiful. Will definitely be back!

Miya Moon in Lone Tree has quickly become my favorite Chinese food restaurant. From the moment you walk in, the interior sets the tone with a moody, fun, and energetic vibe that makes it a great place for a night out. We usually order the sesame chicken, salt and pepper asparagus, mala steak fries, and either the vegetable or beef lo mein, and it is always an absolute feast. Every dish is packed with flavor and perfect for sharing, though it is tempting not to. The menu is incredibly satisfying and consistently hits every time. The staff is attentive and genuinely friendly, which really adds to the experience. The cocktails are excellent as well, and I almost always order the Old Fashioned, which they do really well. We can never wait to go back, and Miya Moon has easily earned a permanent spot in our restaurant rotation.

Very pretty restaurant with wonderful ambiance and service. We ordered the chili oil cucumber salad which was yummy and fresh. It was served on a very beautiful plate. Our fav dish was the eggplant appetizer. Also got the pan fried dumplings which were ok. The dough was too thick for our liking, so we would not order that again. The beef drunken noodles and shrimp appetizers were tasty. Overall, a good restaurant to go for dinner with some hits and misses for the food.

Wagyu fried rice was good, but I would really prefer if the wagyu was in strips. It's a special meat, but since it was just in small pieces, I couldn't taste them at all. Strips would also look more appealing. Waitress was very nice and helpful with recommendations. Ambience is quite fancy. I was surprised because essentially the rest of the plaza is fast food.

Wow! This place is spectacular from dining decorations, to service, and food! This place feels very retro and trendy. I love it. We arrived in good timing before the dinner rush. Everything on the menu just looked fantastic. We ordered quite a few dishes to try. All dishes were all FANTASTIC! Our top favorites were the honey tempura pumpkin and the salt and pepper asparagus with curry aioli. Mmmmmm, we finished pretty much everything except for the marinated short ribs because we were so full! Lol We finished about half of that order, so we did pretty good. Lol I took the other half home. FYI, the to go container is really nice as well as the bag they provide! Fancy, fancy. Lol. Our service was great. Definitely a favorite place on my list to come back too!

We made a reservation for 2 at 6pm a week ago since this was gonna be our slightly late valentine dinner. We got there a little bit before 6pm and it took a while for someone to even come up to the front to say anything. There were 5 tables open with plates and silverware ready and yet they kept telling us they're getting a table ready. I was a little annoyed at this considering they sat someone who walked in before they sat us almost 15 mins after our reservation time. What's the point of having reservations when it's not even honored in the first place? I am a little bitter about losing out on the opportunity of a booth because of this. Our server seemed a little flustered but he was trying his best. We ordered (with our ratings) the mango lemonade $6 (8/10) and Jin shui $11 (5/10) for drinks and ordered the chicken lettuce cups $12 (8/10), honey spare ribs $12 (8/10), black pepper filet $20 (6/10), crab fried rice and curry $25 (6/10), and veggie lomein $14 + combo meat $6 (7/10) The honey spare ribs had great flavor and would be rated higher if they were a little more tender. Definitely need some wet wipes for this dish since the sauce can drip! The chicken lettuce cups had great flavor and for someone who usually picks out herbs for being too herby (yes, I know it's weird), I ate these up cause it was cooked in well. Lettuce could've been a little more fresh since it wasn't crisp. The lomein was my favorite entree if I had to pick one. The only thing I have a complaint about is that it's kind of a small portion for $20 when I can get a bigger size for less and it's just as good from a fast food Chinese restaurant. The beef pepper filet was kind of disappointing cause there wasn't much flavor??? I could feel the black pepper and feel the heat but there didn't seem to be any flavor really. No savory umami with a hint of sweetness that would've made this dish amazing. The same can be said for the crab fried rice. I was confused while eating it (without curry by the way since I don't like coconut) because there was heat but it overpowered the flavor and I didn't know what I was tasting. Overall the tapas were definitely my favorite. This place has a lot of potential and I do plan on coming back to try other dishes. I think they have some kinks to work out in both the front and the back but the restaurant itself is nice. It's quiet and spacious and the lighting works well with what they have. I didn't like having a light directly above me and yes I am still bitter about the booth even while I'm typing this review 2 hours after dinner. The reusable containers are great but hard to close and I absolutely love the bags!! I'm glad there's some restaurants being conscious about things like this. Overall this restaurant is a 7/10 and I would highly recommend the tapas here!

A great new spot in Lone Tree - one of the nicer restaurants in the area. We tried the Mongolian beef and basil chicken, both bursting with flavor. The mango sago bowl was a perfect way to end the meal. Service was quick and efficient. The only downside was the waitlist system; I wish they allowed guests to join via OpenTable instead of requiring in-person sign-ups.

We were finally had time to go to Miya moon after previously ordering in. The food was even better I again had lung poa chicken and my daughter got sesame chicken which she said was the best she had in a longtime We both had beverages I had a sake martini and my daughter had a triple peach drink both of wish we enjoyed The interior was welcoming and nicely decorated. They had an Asian cartoon movie going on a large screen I love the take out bag and containers

Maya Moon has a really fun vibe with the lighting and decor and unique private dining rooms. It definitely feels like modern Asian fusion. I recently went for the second time, the first was their soft opening in NYE which didn't offer the full food/drink menu but was a great experience. This past time I was a little disappointed with the service, our drinks took an exceptionally long time to arrive. They were very busy and had lots of people waiting for to-go orders as well as waiting for a table but it still seemed to take longer than necessary. The food was ok. We shared a salad and the greens were a bit wilted, didn't taste fresh, and wasn't impressive. My entree was tasty but it wasn't really anything special I had the jalapeño beef. I'd go back but probably skip the salad and try another entree.

    Welcome to Miyo Moon

We arrived shortly after they opened. The restaurant was dim, a bit colder than anticipated but seemed to be set up nice for those busy times - good dividers between the booths. We tried a few appetizers - Egg Drop Soup, Pork Belly Buns, Salt and Pepper Asparagus, Chili Wontons, and Homemade Pork Potstickers. The Egg Drop Soup was hot and tasty, it hit the spot on a cold day. The Pork Belly Buns had a nice surprise - I am not sharing, you can try them. The Salt and Pepper Asparagus were a welcome change instead of French Fries. The Homemade Pork Potstickers had a nice sear, adding even more flavor. The Chili Wontons hit the spot - not too much heat but enough to make you glad you ordered them.

There's thankfully parking in front and around the back in lots. One of the highlights is their charcuterie boards - we ordered one last time and it was packed full of goodies: meats, cheeses, cornichons, olives, nuts, fruit, etc. Really well thought out. We did consider coming back here recently for our friend's birthday but apparently if you try to make a reservation for over 6 people you have to PAY per person - that's a little ludicrous. I understand a party of 50 and charging some fee, but to charge for a small party is a way to not get party business. I would likely come back here as it is a nice central location and has a nice patio though.

The high top tables in the bar area were not cleared of the dirty dishes/plates etc. as the restaurant appeared to be understaffed at the time of our arrival. Hence, a young lady who greeted us upfront took us to the bar which we had issues with. We enjoyed looking at the menu for both food and drinks. Each side had selections of various kinds. Since we didn't need to eat, we turned our attention to the drink side where we noticed wine flights. Both red and white had had 4 different flights. And each flight comes with 3 varietals of wines. We both are more of red wine people. My daughter went with the Argentinian one; I went with the European Vacation. After comparing the two, our votes went to the European one. This definitely supersedes the South American wines in overall quality and tastes. Out of the 3 in the European one, the Spanish wine (Marques de Grinon, 'Caliza' 2020 vintage) stood out the most to us. After we had finished our flights my daughter ordered a full 6oz glass of it to fully immerse herself in the wonderful Espanol wine. The bartender, Jake, was peppy and pleasant to us. We felt bad though. He was busting his bottom to serve everyone in the bar area. Besides that young lady in the floor who occasionally came and went there was nobody else. Not sure if they were simply short staffed or they are always that way where they need to hire more staff, I hope the issue gets resolved soon. Hats off to Jake; no matter what, he was pleasant to everyone not forgetting to walk each one through the menu and promptly delivering their drinks once made.

We were served immediately with refreshing glass of water with nice looking larger water bottle in case we were super thirsty. We browsed over the wine list, charcuterie offerind and the dinner menu. The dinner menu consisted of one person or shareable. We ended up getting the Wardorf salad for $16. Plenty to share with 2 or even 3. It was very notable with pickled celery and generous amount of candied pecans. Next time, need to ask for light dressing. Fondue at $15. Not what I was use to but it is a thing to have a goat cheese and dip with vegies and fruites. Had a texture of humus served warm? Goat cheese is the main actor on this dish. Mussels and frits at $21 was definitely notable and worth repeating it. Lots of small mussels which I prefer and every one of them were open. It would habe been nice to have a bowl to put the discarded shells. I did use the small plate for shareable. Frits were delicious but I was using the bread from the fondue to soak up the juices. The drinks we did get were delightful! We all opted for the old fashioned that came with a masala profile and they easily could have made some additional $ off all of us! Finally, dessert. My hubby and I opted for the ice cream sandwich. It was very good, though difficult to eat with a spoon due to the thickness of the outer cookie. Excellent flavor though. All in all, I'm sure we'll return at some point. We'll just be sure to expect to spend a good deal of time.

You get an option of straight or wavy, got two wavy (wavy supposed to be thicker). The noodles were definitely overcooked. Just a bit mushy with zero chew. Not satisfying at all. The place has a good vibe and a good amount of seating. Happy that there's a ramen shop at this location, but could use a bit of improvement.

I like the concept of this place: A coffee bar and a restaurant as one and yet they are separated!…read more I was lucky enough to stumble upon this business when I was casually searching for a place for a cup of coffee and some food items. With the foodie ViBE I emit, the calling I received from this place reached me (LOL!) I thus was pleased to be lured into this business after a quick medical appointment in the neighborhood. It's in the building right next (or should I say "behind") to Fiddler's Green, being surrounded by all those businesses, this place must be a convenient location for many of the workers. The lady at the coffee bar said a pleasant hello to me. After glancing at a few things, I went with a doppio and one of the baked goods: Everything Bagel with Cream Cheese. The selection for both sweet and savory pastries is a good size here. Mine was for to-go but if you would like to sit down and enjoy your beverage and food, you can help yourself to one of the comfy-looking couches in the lobby right in front of the coffee bar. The lobby's openness is quite the atmosphere where your relaxation is almost guaranteed. The time was almost lunchtime (5 minutes till 11am). In this "between time", the place wasn't quite busy just yet. I like to hit those places during the downtime where I have access to the whole place/service etc. Instant gratification or what??? The lady upfront handed me my Everything Bagel in a to-go bag right away. Once she had made my doppio, she placed it at the bar counter. Quick and efficient service indeed. After I had my stuff, I, of course, browsed through the place (more) and this time, it was the restaurant (side). As I stated in the beginning of this writing, they are one entity under the name, ViBE but the coffee shop and the restaurant are separated. The restaurant side is quite spacious (as well) with a good ambiance. Very clean indeed. The man upfront greeted me cordially. I quickly browsed the menu and to my surprise, the prices of the foods they serve are quite reasonable (for instance, the Beet Salad is only $14. And if you want a protein add-on, you can add things like salmon ($6). The total is still quite reasonable at $20. This is not bad in this day and age (for sure.) In a way this place is hidden as it's in a tall building in the heart of DTC neighborhood so in that sense, I can call it a hidden gem (although this description is very much overused where it's almost getting boring when we say it but what other way to describe a business like this?) It's only a 10-minute drive from my hose on Yosemite so when I think of a lunch occasion where I don't want to spend too much, then this will be on the top of the list for a quick sit-down noon meal time.

We came as a party of 6 and had to be split into 4-2 so be wary of that if you have a big party: Ordered the beef shank noodles and loved it. Noodles are house made and fresh. They hit the noodles lightly with Szechuan peppercorn (I believe) which gives a nice kick to it. Broth was light and flavorful. Overall a feel good bowl of soup

But walking in we were greeted in a timely fashion and being able to watch the noodles being made was awesome. Pros: large portions and friendly service. Even though it took maybe 15 minutes to get an order of steam dumplings, I can also understand that everything is made in house. We ordered the pork and cabbage steamed dumplings. Very good. I wanted to try the spicy wonton side dish. So next time. I ordered the beef and jalapeno dish. I loved it. The jalapeños weren't spicy but had a mild crunch to them. The beef was cooked really well. Had a light sauce on the bottom of the bowl that paired well with everything else. My husband ordered the Peking Wonton soup. The broth was light with a subtle taste that I couldn't identify. But it was a nice light broth. You could easily order half the menu since it's a small menu. Cons: I had to ask for our drinks, which our waiter forgot but did comp them. It was a diet coke and an unsweet ice tea. Service was a bit slower than I would have wanted. This is not a get in and out quickly restaurant. We did not see our waitress for more than half the time. But we did see other staff taking care of us. Recommended? Yes. Place is small and can fill up quickly. But the food was spot on as far as freshness of the vegetables and noodles. Staff is friendly. So those points make it a solid 4.
