Recently in 2026 I called their office and was greeted by an automated system, which worked out great! I scheduled a Service visit and was met the same day! The communication with staff and the owners of the company was disjointed and lacking in detail and there is no sense of urgency or common standards of customer service. I'm not sure I'd trust them to ever respond in a timely manner if there were issues with the work. The crew left our property in a state of disarray, I'm still finding nails and debris scattered around the garage area years later. I wasn't told how to prepare for the day of the roof installation and one of the owners blamed me for the mess that was left inside my garage. The crew dented and ripped the logo off the air conditioning unit after indiscriminately throwing materials off the roof and my concerns were dismissed as a minor inconvenience and were never addressed.

Josh was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided a reasonable quote. Not only did we need a new driveway but we also decided on replacing the sidewalk and adding a back yard patio. Juan, the owner and his entire crew were so friendly and professional and really take pride in their work. October 28,2024 was tear out day and November 1, 2024 was pouring the concrete day. Everything went as scheduled and looks really great and definitely added value and curb appeal to our home. We can't wait to get back out there and fill in the surrounding areas with dirt and grass seed and finally get to use our stored patio furnishings. If you need concrete work PLEASE give them a call and I'm sure you will not be disappointed. UPDATED 11/17/2024 two weeks after my initial review. I emailed Juan the owner of 4WAY cement twice now since pouring our driveway on 11/1/2024 regarding the concrete sealer. He said he was going to seal the new driveway on Tuesday 11/5/2024 and both my emails have gone unanswered and the driveway still not sealed as of 11/17/2024. I may be dropping a star or two if our driveway isn't sealed by month's end. Stay tuned!

They were fast at first, but once the cleanup ended, the "reconstruction" phase became a nightmare. The Trap: They demanded a 70% deposit before they would even give me a quote, a timeline, or a walkthrough. The Fees: When I refused to pay for an invisible plan, they charged me massive cancellation feejust to walk away. The contract signed during the mitigation process gives them the ability to conduct your reconstruction on their timeline. The Threats: They claimed they could sue me for "lost profits" because I wouldn't agree to their unreasonable terms. They are great at the emergency part, but they use predatory contracts to lock you into expensive repairs. Get everything in writing before you sign a single page with this company.

We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote.
