So far so good. One of the owners (but not the Noah everyone is mentioning) came to look at a few bricks that were falling off of my house. Eventually my chimney will also need attention. They were easy to get a hold of, came out when they were supposed to, and as agreed upon, will fix the issue next time they are in the area. No need to book out an entire expensive day for my little job, and he was honest about it. Loved the promptness and honesty - will update when the job is complete and my house is whole again. The Owner showed up late, to begin with. I had to call to find out where they were, because I was waiting all afternoon. Then the owner shows up at his convenience, with an employee & claims they were at my house in April. Nope. They certainly were not. If they were at my house 2 months ago then why in the world would they not know what needs to be done for my porch? It's not that far off... the owner accused me of drinking, when it turns out he and his employee were the ones that were drunk when they showed up at my house late afternoon on a Saturday today. I could smell the booze on their breath. They were scheduled at 2:00 p.m. and showed up after 2:30 p.m. with an attitude right off the beginning. The owner was rude and abrasive and immediately tells me the job will cost $20,000 and that he's going to rebuild my porch from the ground up. First of all that's a little steep in price, and when I questioned him about why are you dead set on rebuilding my porch when I called your office to have you raise the porch properly? That's when he accused me of drinking and his yelling on my porch just expunged booze on his breath right in my face! It's obvious he and his buddy were at the bar and that's why they were late to my house, and he was pissed because I called to find out where they were at because I was waiting all afternoon. Extremely unprofessional, I tried calling the company to report him, only to find out he was the one that answers the phone and threatened me not to call anymore. So who am I supposed to report this to for unprofessional business tactics, especially when I'm threatened on my own property by this man? read more

Easy Home Improvement did an awesome job! I had a set of glass block windows that started breaking on the inside. They are mostly covered by a poured concrete step on the outside, so no one could really see what was causing the damage. Because of the barrier on the outside, the glass blocks had to be removed and replaced with brick from the inside. They also completed tuckpointing on my porch. We ultimately were happy we chose Easy Home Improvement for teardown and rebuild of our front porch and most of the chimney. The porch, a base and long flower box of brick, was rebuilt to original specs. The color and texture of brick was spot-on in matching original house brick. Same with chimney. We had some spots on our older brick house where the cement around the bricks had worn away. I was worried about how the aged cement would look against the new cement but they used some dye to match the best they could. Noah was very professional and makes sure you like the job. I spoke to Noah about an estimate to rebuild a brick pillar that was struck by a vehicle. I explained that my insurance company will cover the cost, but that they will not have to deal with the insurance company. Noah was very clear in stating that they will absolutely not work with insurance companies. I, again, assured him that I was the client and that the funds would come from me. Noah had someone come over and provide an estimate. I then sent my insurance company the estimate and they had 1 question before they would send me the check - that question was "Given the estimate, can you tell me how much is labor and how much is materials?". The insurance company tried to call them many times, however, they wouldn't return the calls. Not unexpected given that Noah was so against involving the insurance company. When I called to ask if they could simply break the estimate down to materials and labor, his response was "We will not work with insurance companies, I told you that from the start, I won't take the job....*CLICK*" and with that, he hung up on me. All i needed to know was the breakdown, they never would've dealt with the insurance company. I'd keep this in mind when contracting with them. As a reminder, I simply asked for a breakdown and assured him that I would be handling the transaction, and that insurance wouldn't be involved. Thank you for hanging up on me, Noah. The fact that you are so vehemently against working with insurance companies (even though you weren't asked to) and that it warranted hanging up on me is a strong indicator of your company's commitment to quality work. read more
