Mike showed up and was able to diagnose the problem, clean the fireplace and fix the problem, and was in and out of my house within an hour. The cost was $400, when I called on the phone they said costs usually started at $200, but this was fine by me because I believe he had to replace a part and do a bit more work to get the fireplace to work. They do take credit cards and there are no fees to use one, also. Based on this experience I would absolutely use Ace Fireplace again if I was having fireplace issues.

A simple update -- even a text-- would go a long way. At this point, I have paid $150 and have nothing to show for it. My only complaint would have to be the obnoxious black gas line running across the tan brick on the outside of my house, but that's not their problem.
