He then identified several openings where animals or birds were getting into my attic and gave me an estimate to plug them, which I agreed to. He did plug the openings and also sprayed repellant around those areas. I have not heard activity in the attic since so it looks like it worked. Very pleased. He didn't replace anything and made some adjustments with the existing guts in the tank. It was still leaking out of the flapper a while afterwards. I texted him to see when he would becoming back, since he had told my husband when he was called after the leak continued that he would come back the next day. He replied back that he would be back on Thursday or Friday. Josh stopped by afternoon on Thursday. He replaced all of the guts and stayed to make sure there was no further leaking before cleaning up and leaving. It's all working after the second visit. Josh is professional and gets the job done.

I still can't believe how great our house looks after Terry pressure washed it. We live in a…read moreheavily treed area so our house is prone to mildew and moss. It's been a constant battle. I've tried washing it myself. Even rented a big machine for it. My results were decent, but, boy, not like this. The white house trim and gutters pop. Our white garage door only looked this good when it was first installed decades ago. The siding is spotless, and the mildew is gone. I even had him pressure wash our old deck.
