Riviera Painters did a big interior paint job for us...we would "never" recommend them. They were polite and nice but after the job was complete we noticed more and more flaws in their work. Not only paint drippings from one color to another but also permanent marks on our hardwood floor where they tried to clean paint off from, imperfections in the drywall with marks that were suppose to be corrected per agreement before paint job was started. There are different employees other than the ones on the website. The owner should have inspected the completed job and he should have responded to my lengthy text message regarding all the imperfections we noticed as the days went on post completion of job. Save yourself a headache and find more reputable painters. read more

The crew was professional and they were actually a lot of fun. They got the job done quickly and on time. The owner took a lot of care to estimate things properly beforehand and to review the work afterwards. The foreman on the job was also very nice and accomodating. Very professional. Their bid was clear and concise. The price was reasonable. Because they were in their busy season, they communicated a window of time when I could expect them to be able to get to my job. About one week before they started, they communicated their start date. Because we were having five rooms painted, the job took four days. They were on time every day. The quality of the work was excellent. The faux finishing work that they did looks amazing. Well worth the additional dollars. Cleaned up nicely after they were finished. I called them to get an estimate for my kitchen and bathroom to be painted. I told him what I wanted over the phone before we made an appointment. While looking at my kitchen and bathroom he was a little rude, mentioning that we needed to have some patch work, sanding and taping done, which we already knew. I assumed that with them being a painting company that it wouldn't be a problem. He even made a comment that they don't do small jobs. He should have told me that over the phone because I wouldn't have wasted my time taking time off work to meet with him. He later sent an email saying they weren't interested in giving me an estimate and good luck. I have a 3 bedroom brick ranch so I guess because my house isn't big enough they weren't interested. I would not recommend calling them if you have a small home and are only looking to have 1 or 2 rooms done. read more
