They invoice their customers quarterly. I pay my bills monthly on the 1st day of the month. My March invoice was dated 3/4/19 and I received it on 3/7/19. The due date was 3 weeks, 3/25. After 3/25, there is a $3 additional charge. I paid my invoice on 4/1 including the $3 surcharge. They stopped my service on 4/2 and on 4/9 . The online payment was deducted from my account on 4/5. My frustration was the fact that they stopped service so fast for a service valued at $4 per week. My monthly bills exceed $5,000 and for such a low cost service they allowed no grace period. Perhaps they should invoice monthly instead of quarterly if their cash flow is so lean.
