They take advantage of you since they are already there and you really don't want to find another company, wait until they come, etc. And then have the balls to guilt force you into posting a positive review saying they are doing a competition at work for the most positive reviews. Just go with a smaller mom and pop junk company - these guys will milk you for all you're worth.

Tim, Trenton and Tyler treated our possessions like their own, asked lots of questions and didn't hesitate to adjust along the way. There was alot of time/attention put into packing the trucks to assure our items arrived safely. There was no damage to anything! When the moving truck filled up quickly, Tim suggested he grab another truck from nearby so the move could be completed in one day.
