I needed a 20 ft. dumpster, and it needed to fit in to my rather tight back alley parking spot. Unlike other companies, BT Commercial Services has a rather large (but sporty looking) truck that got it done! Excellent professionalism and communication. read more

Bill was very nice, he arrived on time and as far as dumpsters go, it was pretty clean. He did not have the size available that I wanted so he brought a larger dumpster at no additional charge to me. The selling point for me was he charges the same price for one week that almost everyone else charges for 3 days. I would definitely recommend BT and I would use them again myself. read more

I was in need of a dumpster for getting rid of some old furniture and a house clean-up the week of Thanksgiving and I like to work with local folks whenever I can. I found a couple of dumpster services online and called around. I also asked a friend who had a commercial business that used dumpsters and he told me that BT's prices were comparable to others in the area. I spoke to Bill at BT Commercial Services. He was very friendly and was able to deliver us a 20 foot roll up dumpster was the same day. The dumpster was clean and had nice big wheels, so it fit right up on our driveway and I am glad that it did not look dirty or junky and was excited to be able to start our project. Then, unfortunately, my husband got really sick and because of the Thanksgiving holiday, we were not going to be able to start work on our project until Saturday. I was in a panic because the dumpster was supposed to be towed away on Saturday and was worried that we could not get everything into the dumpster in time. I called and Bill was able to work with me and we changed our pick-up date to Monday. He could have said no, and taken away an empty trailer, but instead, we got all of our stuff hauled into the dumpster (we filled it to the brim!) When we finished filling the dumpster, we called Bill and by the time we got home on Monday, he had hauled it away. I understand that he also tries to recycle things that people have hauled away and I like the idea that things don't just go into a landfill. I would definitely use his services again in the future! read more

BT Commercial and Bill were absolutely wonderful! Very responsive, punctual, and professional. I requested that the dumpster be dropped inside my attached garage - Bill did this with no problem. I highly recommend this company if needed. read more

I needed a large ( 10 yard +) dumpster to fit the remains of a 8' X 8' hot tub. I contacted several dumpster companies in the area and BT Commercial was the best price of any by $50-$150. The dumpster was delivered and picked up promptly as promised. I recommend that you use this company for your next dumpster related project. read more

I just hired Bill for the second time. This time it was for a cleanout of my parents basement. From start to finish he was the epitome of professional. My mother has been ashamed and embarrassed for 20+ years of the dire situation that is their basement because of a hoarding problem by others in the house, and it just became a catch all for everything. So Bill was the first (and only) person I thought of when it was time to get the job done and we all couldn't be happier. Bill and his crew worked 2 long days (10 hours each day) and it wasn't just them taking things and putting them in a dumpster. The first day was mostly sorting through items, setting things aside that were questionable as to whether or not to keep or toss. They even recovered $65 and handed it over to my mom. We never would have known and it would be easy for them to just pocket it. They also found some old family photos and made sure to go through everything to make sure nothing valuable was tossed. I cannot recommend them enough, and I will be having him come back for their garage next year. read more

Had them take down a huge deck and above ground pool. Too big of a job for me so I called Bill. Very professional and reasonably priced. They did an awesome job and cleaned up after. Definitely would recommend. read more

Estate cleanup is very stressful, especially during Covid. Bill and his team were a godsend to me. I had to travel to my parents' home from out of state and Bill worked around my schedule and needs. They went over and above and I highly recommend them. Not only is BT Commercial Services reliable, and professional, they also charge fair prices. read more

From start to finish, Bill and his team were helpful and efficient. Shortly after reaching out about our project, Bill showed up to take a look at the work that needed to be done. All of the work was completed within 24 hours of our initial meeting. His team removed a sandbox, a garden, and a shed from our backyard. The team also took the time to use spare dirt from the garden to fill in areas that weren't level with the rest of the backyard. If I ever have the need for the removal or disposal of items in the future, I will definitely be using BT Commercial Services LLC. I highly recommend them! read more

Bill & BT Commercial Services are Fantastic! I'm in NY, my parents basement flooded and I needed a dumpster quick. Bill called me back immediately and walked me through the options. Price was perfect and delivery (and pickup) were as promised. I will be using BT again! Stop looking around and call Bill, he is an honest person who puts his customers first! Nick read more

Contacted BT Commercial Services for a dumpster to clean out my house because I was preparing to move, I was met with an immediate response and prompt service. I have a tight drive way on a narrow street but it was no problem for this company. I will be recommending this company to anybody looking for dumpster services. read more

I am a general contractor and I use BT Commercial Services for all my demos. The crew is friendly with my customers and with my crew. They show up on time and the job site couldn't be any cleaner. Basically spotless demo. Great job guys! read more

We were getting ready to start a fairly big renovation project and had to complete the demo work in a short amount of time. I needed a dumpster on short notice and after reading all of the positive reviews, decided to call Bill. He was able to get a dumpster delivered that Saturday and made the process easy. Although we estimated needing the dumpster for a week, Bill let us keep in until the following Tuesday, and when I found out a truckload of building materials were being delivered that morning, he rearranged his schedule so he could pick up the dumpster before our delivery arrived. The fact that Bill and his team go through the dumpster contents and recycle or reuse what they can is a bonus. I will definitely use BT Commercial Services again and will recommend them to all of my friends & family. read more

We contacted Bill after calling a few other places for quotes. We were removing a bunch of sod from a yard and didn't realize the quantity and weight of what we had gotten into. Bill was able to get us a dumpster the same day that we called\emailed him and was MUCH less than the quoted prices from the other places that we had called. He was very flexible on placement of the dumpster, pickup of the dumpster and we also like the fact that he is someone who tries to reclaim\recycle instead of just dumping in a landfill. We would definitely use BT Commercial Services again and would have no problem recommending him to others. read more

I saw earlier reviews about Bill of BT Commercial, and they were all favorable. I had my fingers crossed that he could solve several small issues. I had a somewhat strange situation that I'd moved, done a lot of construction, and had "inherited" a lot of stuff from the previous owner (who was elderly and lived out of state). I had everything from literally 14 broken or useless old brooms, dustpans and mops to ancient roofing and flooring materials as well as leftover construction materials. I was trying to get all of the stuff hauled away to be junked, recycled or re-homed. I took a chance and called BT Commercial Services. Bill returned my call promptly, and he came out in short order and at my convenience to look over the job. He offered some more cost effective suggestions to get some of the stuff out, but as I've been dealing with a back issue for several months, my ability to move the stuff myself was limited. He showed up in the time frame upon which we'd agreed, and he was great about confirming times with me. I thought that his pricing was fair, and I'm very pleased with the process and results. I appreciate very much that he recycles as much as he's able, is a local business, and takes pride in his work. I will call his company again should I need similar services. read more

We hired Bill to drop off a dumpster for us so we could fill it and then he came and hauled it away. It couldn't have been any easier and worked great for our busy scheduled. Let for work in the morning and came home to the dumpster so we could spend the weekend loading with items the previous homeowner left us. Also the price was completely reasonable for a 15 yard dumpster. We definitely have more work to do on the home and we will definitely be using Bill again when the time comes. read more

I contacted BT Commercial Services when we needed to get rid of a big pile of concrete chunks that the previous owners of our house had saddled us with. I had already gotten quotes from 1-800-GOT-JUNK and College Hunks Hauling Junk. They couldn't give me an exact price over the phone, and they make appointments to bring a truck out to haul the stuff on the spot, instead of sending someone out to look at it first and provide a free estimate. This is kind of a high-pressure tactic which makes me uncomfortable. Sure, it's a no-obligation estimate, and you can tell them to take their truck and go away, but what do you think most people do when there is a truck sitting there to haul away their junk immediately? I bet that they usually say, okay, and just bite the bullet on the high cost. BT Commercial Services, on the other hand, was straight up with me. He gave me an immediate estimate over the phone, then stopped by to look at what I had, and said it would even be a little less ($10 less) than he originally quoted. He had a different method which was to haul it in a dumpster pulled by a pickup, rather than send out a big, expensive truck. In fact, potentially it might have cost no more with the services I mentioned, but the uncertainty of it -- not knowing if I'd have to pay for half a bedload, or a full bedload (a full bedload being VERY expensive) made me feel uncomfortable. After he came over and gave me the quote, and I agreed to it, he went out of his way to obtain and bring over an empty dumpster the same day. He loaded it with the concrete chunks and took it away, providing very courteous service. I highly recommend this company for removal of your junk or debris. Doris Walters Royal Oak, MI read more

I was in need of a dumpster for a roofing project. I called dumpsters.com and then Bill. His bid came in lower and he is a locally owned business. The other thing that won me over was his waste practices. He recycles the materials whenever possible. When you talk to him you know you are working with someone that is passionate about his business. The communication and customer service is top notch. I'll definitely go to him with future disposal needs and refer him to friends/family. Thanks Bill! read more

I called Bill as well as some other companies when I realized I needed a dumpster in short order to finish a moving project. Bill had the best rates, and was also the most pleasant and professional on the phone. He kept me updated via phone throughout the process. I made a mistake on how to pay, and Bill was very gracious about it and did not give me any trouble for it. In short - he had the best value, helped me out by accommodating a very tight deadline, and was professional and personable. Very highly recommended! read more

First, let me say if I could rate BT Commercial Services 6 stars, I would. I recently hired Bill to demolish a shed and a deck and the whole process went so smoothly, it's hard to believe. This is possibly the first time ever that I've hired someone in which problems or issues didn't arise. Bill and his crew, Richard and Craig, were polite, respectful and very easy to work with. They arrived on time, did the job and cleaned up without a trace. It isn't often that you find a company that actually does what they say they are going to do. And Bill will keep in contact to let you know the status of things along the way. I would not hesitant to hire him again and I've already recommended him to others. Excellent from beginning to end!!! read more

Best prices in town. Prompt & professional with pick up & delivery. Dumpster did leave very slight marks on driveway but this would happen with any dumpster rental. Highly recommend this company. read more

Bill (and Craig) of BTCommercial Services just left and so did a great weight off my shoulders. I originally needed a dumpster for some demo work friends were doing for me and selected BT for that job because of the quick response from and friendly yet professional approach Bill uses for his work. He likes what he does and does it well. When he says he'll be there, he's there. When he says you'll never know the dumpster was ever on your driveway, the care he uses makes sure that happens. His prices are competitive. Once the dumpster was here I decided I should get some excess big items removed from the basement. Called Bill, negotiated a removal fee for that and he was out with an assistant and made quick work of something I've worried about for years. AND he left the basement neat and tidy after the removals. Bill and his company are a great throw back to small local businesses staying friendly, professional, knowing the needs of their clients and just getting the job done. There are no hidden fees. Just an all around pleasant experience and I will use them again for similar needs. read more
