They have various sizes, but the premise is you dump your crap in their trailer, then they haul it out. Pretty simple. Peg at the office was nice and patient. And I think always available. She's answered every time I've called. They came and dropped off a trailer now I'm filling it up. You can't dump anything on a list because they don't want it and can't get rid of it. But you can put paint cans in there so long as you separately bag them up. Overall, good experience.

Then they tried to hit me with a 125 dollar "dry run fee", only problem was I never agreed to these terms, nor was it disclosed to me when I paid over the phone. They did send me a contract in the email that was never signed; I did not know it existed until they told me afterward. I told them I did not consent to this fee, and I requested my money back on numerous occasions - they still are holding my money. I had to make a complaint with the Michigan Consumer Protection Division, hire a lawyer, write back and forth emails, and still have not received my money back. Do not pay this company upfront, I suggest paying a deposit and then pay after the service is done with this company. They know they can't force me to pay this fee, yet they keep on insisting that I pay it and holding my money hostage. Make sure to read though every term this company gives you before buying. I would have been willing to pay 50 dollars just out of being a good human being if they would have simply admitted they can't make me pay this fee; but holding my money hostage, when I need it to work, is never right. I understand that businesses have expenses, but there must be consent to fees, you can't make a customer pay for something he did not consent to.
