I am docking a star however for one employees outspoken political views that made us feel unwelcome. It's 2023, you live in Austin which is a diverse city. If you can't be welcoming to people from all areas and backgrounds you should move somewhere that is or work in a field that is not customer facing.

No one was there to address the concern, it was only a small amount but everyone don't have extra change to get shorted. It is a bit expensive to do leather jacket cleaning, but for the experience and process, I would say it was totally worth it. They texted me to let me know when they would arrive to pick up and to drop off. They gave me a clear time approximation and even beat it (they estimated 6-8 weeks but I believe it only took about 2-3?). My jackets came back wrapped really nicely, and the delivery driver took proper care to deliver at my door. In fact, I wasn't home and she asked how I would like my jackets to be dropped off. The thoughtfulness and consideration Ian's provides can't be beat. I also appreciate that they have an app so you can easily plan your pick-ups and drop-offs.
