Outside seating. To the right of the food cart.

I really enjoyed the food. It reminds me of five guys but with a fixed menu and I think the fries are better. I loved the healthy fry serving to share with my wife. The burger had a nice crust on it. The buns didn't fall apart but have an appropriate soft chew without being overly bready. The fries are nice, thick, and remained crisp over the 15-30 minutes we ate them. They might be my favorite fries. We got the butter burger and the classic. I like the classic. The butter burger felt heavy to me with an overwhelming cheese hit. Some will love that. For me the acidity and sharpness of the raw onions and pickles cut the cheese hit with a nice brightness that I felt balanced everything. If you want a burger to be more cheese forward and like sautéed onions (yum) then you may love the butter burger. The only knock is that they keep it simple and that meant no drinks, but they're next to a place that has drinks if you want something. For us this wasn't an issue, but heads up. The outdoor space was fantastic AND SHADED!!! Photos of the sun were about 12:45ish, for reference. Lots of seating and a nice place to just read with a lot of birds chirping in the trees across the field. The owner (Chris) was running the food court with his daughter. They also have two brick and mortar locations but under the name Augie's, named after his son. Seems like a cool dude and we'll be checking out his restaurant at some point too.

My sons enjoyed them, but I wouldn't buy them again. I had a grasshopper pie. $4.75 seemed like a much more reasonable price relative to the cookies, but the pie itself was very bland. I could taste the barest hint of mint, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the filling was. It had a very empty, artificial quality to it. My sons finished it, and enjoyed it. Maybe it was an off day since all my friends seem to love them, but I was not impressed.

I looked over their menu and at first glance decided that I couldn't possibly allow myself anything on it. All these cakes, chocolates, ice cream (they use Sweet Jenny's from Williamsville) -- no way would they be good for me! I already engulfed like a pound of Thai food for God's sake! Low and behold, my eye spots the word "healthy" on their menu. Eureka! Dare I read closer? "Supernatural Brownie." Is it supernatural because it's healthy? That must be it! Made with something like 87% Dark Chocolate (with healthy antioxidants), this brownie must be the healthiest dessert in all of mankind. I must order it! So I did, along with a cup of coffee (it was the only truck serving warm coffee). Verdict? Each bite was indeed a supernatural explosion of sweet flavors, dopamine and euphoria flooding my brain. I gave a friend a bite and she was equally amazed and commented that "she could taste the butter." Wait. Hold on. This isn't healthy, is it? Damn. I thought..maybe it was? Well, it is. It's healthy for the soul. That's it. Yes. 5 stars for the dessert. 3 stars for the coffee. I'd love to see some Stumptown or artisan-roasted coffee brewed here with a lot of love. Then again, we do have a truck for that (Rolling Joe's).

Lavin's Food Truck - Dylbowski Wrap: Delicious! Nice-sized wrap with right amount of fillings

I ended up going with Lavin's Food Truck and enjoyed a tasty wrap for dinner! The gentleman taking orders was conscientious and friendly! I believe they are cashless, but I typically pay with credit card anyway so I am not 100% certain. I placed and paid for my food pretty quick and waited about 5-10 minutes for my dinner to be made. Also, their menu is small but, in my opinion, this allows them to really hone in and deliver better quality. I ordered their Dylbowski Wrap, which is a wrap filled with grilled chicken, bacon, onions, their homemade roasted garlic mayo, provolone cheese, and mixed greens. The wrap was excellent! Everything inside tasted and looked fresh! Nice big pieces of grilled chicken and nicely-sized pieces of real bacon! Plenty of fresh mixed greens inside. The garlic mayo was thoughtful drizzled inside and amplified the flavors of the wrap. The wrap itself was hearty and held everything inside with ease, plenty delicious! For the wrap and a bottle of water, I paid about $18, which I thought was pretty good for food/beverage at a concert/event. I am impressed with Lavin's Food Truck! Both the staff and the food were excellent. I would not hesitate hitting up this food truck at another concert/event!
