Most of the time these customers leave the property. Ive been coming here for years and it is only getting worse. I've asked the attendants if they could empty machines that had been finished for a long time, but they always seem hesitant to do so, even after I explain how long they've been sitting. They may be following management's policies. This laundromat is clean, well-maintained, and it's nice to have attendants on-site.

They told me a manager would call me and asked me to leave the fabric with them. Nobody called. I called the next day and asked for the promised callback, and didn't get one. I called again the following day and again two days after that. I still heard nothing. Today I went in to collect my materials. I was told they had done nothing wrong because they couldn't understand their own internal notes. I've used Ablitt's for dry cleaning clothes and curtains for years and paid more for the convenient location. I won't be back. Other local shops handled this project and others faster, for less money, and actually returned my calls.

What to avoid: Buying detergent there from the counter, it's like $5 for a small bottle.

I finally posted after a collection of bad experiences. What made me post was the person who now I suspect is you blocking the entrance of the parking lot fire several minutes when there were parking spots available in the back. It's very entitled. I suspect is you because the guy seemed to be carrying a bag of cash w him when getting into his truck. I was certainly a customer and even though my name is Karen I have a valid reason to express my point of view about this place. I provided valid proof how filthy and unsanitary this place is and they need to fix it. The fact that the owner express that a certain manager was fired for incompetence only supports how bad this place is. I think putting what happened between you and your employees in an unrelated case like this only shows who you are not only as a boss but as a person. Not taking responsibility for the actual problem and trying to place the blame in someone else.
