Im completely discouraged with this company. They are "door knockers" at best. My roof was destroyed in an AZ monsoon sept 4th. I reached out to ASHLEY aka "ashleys roofing services" who represents as mission restoration (before calling my homeowners directly, my bad)...my AMAZING insurance agent had a rep here immediatley...and gave me a 17k roof allowance. GOLDEN! Yet Ashley wasnt happy...she went for kidneys and asked for almost DOUBLE from my insurance. Pretty sad that im now getting cancelled and the other 2 bids i was requested to get (due to ridiculous ashley bid) are significanly lower. $17k and $20k....she was at $29k... This company is a scandoulas money hungry business....OH! BTW..the first time i met Ashley, she made herself very comfy in my house by taking off her shoes and plopping her feet on my coffee table while we discussed roof colors... Mission Restoration did not complete their job. The problem that we had with you is that one of your roofers hit one of our water pipes and did water damage in our kitchen. We were told by Brad, the job supervisor, that we won't have to pay anything and that you would cover everything. Then you had a Preferred Choice Restoration come out and start demolition the next day. After our kitchen is torn apart we get told from our homeowners insurance that you are trying to file it under our claim. We had to pay another deductible to get our kitchen back up and running.. In the process we had to cancel thanksgiving and christmas plans because of having no kitchen. Also now we have no money for Christmas because we had to pay another deductible that we shouldn't have had to pay for. You all need to step up to the plate and take care of all of this. Mission Restoration really went above and beyond for our roof. We had some pretty bad damage after a big storm and Sean specifically made the entire process so simple and understandable for me. He took us from not knowing what to do next to, meeting the insurance adjuster at our home, then following up with us and them to make sure everything was covered that was damaged. They worked with our schedule to get the roof put on. They understood the delays that would occur with the insurance company checks arriving and needing to get them signed by our mortgage lender. They were patient, kind, and Sean really excelled with excellent communication and customer service. If every trade could be this excellent home repairs would be a breeze. I'm grateful to mission for giving me hope in home improvement companies again, especially post pandemic. Where other companies do the least possible and push off responsibility. Mission Restoration replaced my entire roof that was damaged by a hail storm. The work was delayed a few time because weather conditions prevented repair....that's understandable. When the works crews did arrive they worked nonstop for two days and were very professional. It took them two days to complete the roof and the third day for a immaculate clean up. The roof looks great and the price was right, my homeowners insurance took care of that. I had them replace my roof and after thinking that they did a god job I asked for advice for solar. They sent Chase and he showed up all happy and smiley and promesa me that he was selling me the best solar system in the market. After I was a little skeptical about the system he came back to my house and promess me and reassure me that I was getting the best system in the market. Right after the first month with that system my bills started been higher that before I had solar talked to Chase he said that they were going to check it out, 2 months came by my bill still higher, talked to Chase, the same answer , it's been a year and didn't save no money at all, solar may be good but not with mission restoration and sun link they are the worst I will be getting an attorney and going after them If some one wants proof I will be happy to provide pictures of my bills this year compare to what I was paying last year with mpower in SRP If you pass on this companies you will thank me later read more

David Slack and his team went above and beyond to address our concerns and manage the project to its completion. They removed all debris and cleaned up everything immaculately. We used Mission Restoration to replace our roof due to hail damage. Through insurance, we paid ~$50,000 to Mission Restoration to replace the roof but they didn't complete the job. Part of the scope, which was clearly outlined in the insurance claim that was facilitated through Mission Restoration, was to replace the existing de-icing cable. Mission Restoration was compensated $497.76 to do this. They never did. I reached out to Mission to fix this oversight; however, after more than a half dozen phone calls, they then came out and placed the cable in the wrong area. This was after I clearly showed them where we have a history of ice dams. They will not return phone calls. Now I have de-icing cable in an area that does me no good. My advice: go with a roofer that is a recommended contractor. For USAA, Mission Restoration is not and this is part of the reason. read more

Coleman Ryan was our sales person and "Go To" guy for our roof replacement in Prescott. We had a couple other companies bid our roof job, but Coleman just seemed more trustworthy. It turns out that our vibes were correct. Everything he promised was delivered on time and with a very professional crew. Materials were already delivered prior to install date. I couldn't be more pleased with Prostruct Builders. My roof was done in one day! From tear-off in the morning to finishing touches at night. My roof was damaged in a wind storm and Zach handled everything with my insurance company. He walked me through the entire process, explaining what was happening and what would come next. In the end, everything turned out exactly as he said it would. Not only is Zach very personable, he's reliable and let me know when he would be here. I was never left wondering what was going on. Zach even moved the start work date for me so that he could be on-site while they were working, per my request. It took 15 months, but in May 2024 they finally got around to tearing down the old roof/attic and supports, plus insulation. Then, the team built a beautiful roof. And that's where the fairy tale ends. All the rubbish from the teardown of the attic covered the entire front yard for 3 weeks. And, as soon as the roof crew left, no one worked for a week because of "another job". The crew, while tearing down the roof, damaged the drywall ceilings, and drywall trash was all over my house. I had to stay away for 9 days, and then went home to the disaster. I cleaned up the drywall, causing a severe sore throat and sinusitis (the silica in drywall causes cancer). I moved out again on June 19th, and Joe Cox promised me everything would be perfect, and the house would be finished, on July 1st. Today is July 2nd, and I'm still in a motel with my dogs waiting to see how long it will really take to finish the drywall, put in a kitchen fan, paint the ceilings, and have a cleaning crew come in to clean up the drywall covering everything. I can't really expect that they will also have the insulation in, the trim painted, the gutter guy come, heat tape laid, gates fixed from the crew breaking them, and a plumber come out to replace the broken spigot. I cannot trust these guys, because I've been lied to so many times, and got my hopes up. Now, they will not respond to my texts or emails asking what is happening at my home. Outrageous. read more

Mission Restoration came out to evaluate the leak on our flat roof and after its inspection determined that it did not need to be recoated- just a repair around an old microwave dish that caused the leaking. Another company had also come out the day before and recommended an entire roof recoating which would have been much more expensive. Chris even cleaned up the debris which had collected from a nearby tree and reattached some loose tiles. I can't recommend them highly enough- their integrity is evident and we will certainly call on them again! read more

Seems like this is a pattern from what I'm reading in these reviews. Almost a year ago Darius from mission restoration came to my door after seeing some storm damage on my roof. I had already been looking for roofers to get this fixed so being that I don't know much about roofs I figured why not. Darius was so confident that he can get my entire roof replaced due to my shingles being so old. This was in January. After signing a contract, I was told they would run a report. Report was ran in February. Between work and life we were in March and nothing had been done. I called MULTIPLE times. I kept getting the "your insurance is the issue" i finally got in touch with my insurance myself and asked what's going on. They said the report returned that my shingles were available in New Mexico and that they could proceed with the repair. Well, they didn't want to do a repair. They wanted a full roof replacement. I was told "they'd take care of it" Darius decided to either quit or just stopped working with mission. After about 15 calls I finally got another person willing to help me. I was told "you need to submit another claim since more damage has happened since last time" well, Allstate denied everything since apparently my roof was never fixed like how it was supposed to back in February. Now I'm sitting with electrical issues, ceiling damage, and a contract but no repair. I've called , emailed , met in person with another person and now I've been ghosted again. Not sure what Mission gets out of making false promises or just neglecting their customers but binding them to a contract. I've asked if I can just get a written statement that I'm off my contract and I can't even get that. If I could give it zero stars I would. read more

Do NOT use this company unless you plan on getting an outside inspection done on their work. My husband and I used this company to get a new roof. 1.5 years later we go to sale our home just to be told by the inspection that the roof was NOT installed properly when it was done 1.5 years ago and now we have water in our attic. We contact Mission Restoration and ask them to correct their wrong doing and they refuse because we are out of labor warranty. I could understand that IF the roof was ORIGINALLY installed correctly but the issue is it was NEVER installed correctly and how were we to know this...we aren't roofers? So unless you want to pay for someone to come out and check their work I would NOT trust Mission Restoration. I trusted this company and trusted them to do their job that they were paid to do correctly but they didn't and then they refused to correct it. Oh yes let's not forget to mention they left nails in my backyard in which my son STEPPED ON and went straight thru his foot. They then tried blaming it on my on our yard guy! read more

"We can handle a project of any size!" Except, apparently, sending someone to inspect my roof and install new vents - both ridge vents and soffit vents. That's apparently below them to do (or even quote for that matter). Buyer beware. Seems like a company looking for projects where they can upcharge at will and at your expense. read more

Mission Restoration came to my door in March about my roof. I had missing shingles from storm damage. I had had a different roofing company take a look at it a few months prior and they didn't think they could get it replaced via insurance so I was saving up to pay for it out of pocket. Mission/representatives Cameron Henry and Shawn Hasty were sure that they could get it replaced for my insurance deductible. Since they came door to door, I was worried it was too good to be true, but they told me to look at their online reviews and BBB rating if I was worried. Even though they were right that those were great, it turns out I was unfortunately right. Initially, everyone was wonderful. Super responsive. Helped me pick out shingles and trim and gave me all the details about what would happen if I needed anything else, like decking. I filled out all the forms, selected the shingles, and was cc'd in to the emails sent to my insurance company by representative Alec Pech. My insurance company emailed back and asked for an ITEL report in April to go forward with replacing my roof (which I've since found out is a somewhat standard practice) and Mission then basically disappeared. I followed up with my representative, Alec, about the report and to let him know that another storm knocked a couple more shingles off my roof. He said he would send someone out to my house to collect a shingle sample on May 3. I haven't heard from them since - nobody came to the house, and all calls and texts go unanswered. I called the front desk, which promised me a call back... hasn't happened. Initially in March they estimated work would be done mid-June, which was a few months out, but I understood. Instead, I am heading into monsoon season on my own with a bunch of missing shingles, risking further damage to my house. I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. read more

After the materials were delivered, they sent out a crew that completed the job in one day. Everyone in the crew was polite and respectful and they cleaned up after themselves. I was looking forward to having Mission Restoration come take a look at work I needed done to stop a leak. I booked an appointment on their website's Inspection Scheduler. I waited and despite my receiving texts and emails confirming the appointment - they were No Show. I tried to leave a voicemail, but their system is not set up for messages. Whomever I spoke to via the Yelp messages app was upfront, honest and gave helpful advice and tips on what to look for when searching for a legitimate roofing company but also what to look for in an insurance company policy. My moms roof was destroyed during monsoon season and the insurance company we have didn't cover it because "it wasn't caused by fire or lightening" -_- Thoroughly annoyed I reached out to to ProStruct Builders for an estimate and they replied stating that they aren't able to help with our roofing needs at the moment and made suggestions that financially would make more sense for us. Like what?!?! You're not gonna try to hustle me for money? Whoa thats different. On top of that they pointed out that the insurance policy we have is pretty crappy and should consider switching and gave pointers on what it should include.
