I really appreciated Nick coming out the same day I made a call and giving us advice on our leaking roof. The problem was related to a build up of dirt in a bad spot and since he was up there already, he took care of it. I'm going to start by saying some people need patience. I have roof damage along with a bunch of other people after recent storms. I've called 6 businesses. Some just have answering machines because they are so busy. TRM answered Monday by noon on a Friday after hours call. I have a appointment in under a week. That's better than most places. These guys did a great job on the initial job. However don't try to get any warranty work out fo them. Nick doges calls and emails. Then he showed up after reschuedling and cancelling on me 4x today 20 minutes late blaming taffic after I confirmed with him that I was leaving work to meet him on his schedule. He gets there with an attitude and doesnt even look at the roof problem and said "deal with the registrar" which I am but what an unprofessional business they run here. No one answers the phone, they screen everything. Its not even a big deal but the unwillingness to warranty their work should make any potential consumer run for the hills. I had several quotes from pushy roof salesmen but the owner Nick came out took pictures and explained the roof replacement options. His crew worked in 115 degree temperatures to get the roof done quickly. They did a good job cleaning up the nails and debris from my yard. 6-24-2024 I called TRM Roofing for an estimate to repair sum missing shingle. I received a call that afternoon scheduling an appointment to view the roofing issue. Nick arrived on time and spent quite a bit of time explaining the repair process in detail and quoted a fair price for repairing the roof. TRM Roofing technician was timely and very pleasant and explained the work he completed in detail. Called for an estimate to repair leaking roof. Received what in today's environment was a shocking call. Why shocking? Polite, clearly spoken, prompt return call and quick scheduling. Nick came out for an assessment and quickly identified the problem which ended up being much simpler than I suspected. Nick came out a couple of times to be sure of the work he was going to do on our multiple flat roofs out here at the ball park.They had 25 year old white coating on each roof along with the parapets.His crew did a stellar job on them and look like brand new, actually better than new!I knew Nick was the real deal,he was out here last year to quote us,came back out this year and got us taken care of.We have 4 or 5 more buildings with flat roofs that we'll have TRM roofing get those done next year for us.Do what's best and hire a vet!! Bad experience. Called them to come in and give me an estimate for my roof. Scheduled them to show up on a Friday (took leave from work) they called me five minutes before the appointment and told me they would not be there for two more hours. I had to leave because I had errands to run, tried to reschedule to Monday, but they assured me that they could do the inspection without me being here. I questioned that (because it did not appear possible) and they assured me again, that they could do the inspection without me here; I told them fine, I would leave the gate open. I waited for the estimate for a week, never got it. I had to call their office the lady who answered the phone, Janice, said she would send me the estimate - waited a couple hours (around three). Had to call again and asked for the estimate, again Janice assured me she was sending it, as soon as she got to the office. She didn't send me the estimate but a gentleman named Nick did...so basically waited for her, Janice, to get ahold of Nick to send out the email. Lo and behold, Nick's estimate said, "I really couldn't give you an estimate because I need a better look." UGH! Oh vey! So know I get to wait for another appointment, no thanks! I will try to contact a more professional "together" roofing company. If they are this unorganized to try and get an estimate from them, missing the appointment time, telling me they could give me an estimate without me here, having to call for the estimate to be sent twice, waiting for them to find the guy who had the estimate, making up stories about the estimate, etc., can you imagine getting actual work done by them?! Nick came by to give me a free estimate on what I thought was a leak on my walk out deck. After he inspected the area, he said the deck was not leaking. He said the best way to find out what is causing the water to come into your house is to do a "water test." He was so kind to help me figure out where the leak was occurring by helping me do a water test. He also inspected my roof to make sure there was no damage. Nick, went above and beyond!!!! He was so honest and helpful. When it is time for me to replace my deck, I will only be making one phone call and that will be to Nick.
