We initially thought we were going to use Staples, and after comparing their paper selection and prices- absolutely knew we made the right choice with Alpha Graphics. I remembered calling on a Friday and speaking to Alexis who was friendly and so professional. She had our "proofs" ready in a few hours and we were able to pick up and view. We decided to make a few additions and emailed another version the following Monday and by noon everything was ready to go. Let me say- the Prayer Cards and Program were beautiful. Outside of our design , the quality of the paper used was professional- glossy, thick and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Alpha Graphics. This was my first time ordering something like this...it felt so official! Like my business was finally a grown up! David was flexible & quick to meet up with me & helped by suggesting different sign options. He helped me to make quick decisions that looked great. They also took care of all permitting with the city and communication with the landlord to ensure signs met all spec requirements. Overall David & his team made it a pretty easy process. Josue came to install the first sign today & did an amazing job. He was prompt, quick with his work without sacrificing quality of install, ensured the decal was in the proper location and looked good, even cleaned my whole window inside & out. Overall, great experience so far. I have 2 more signs they are installing soon, but so far, great service! I would definitely reach out to them again if I ever needed anything.

Very disappointing and extremely dirty…read more I was really disappointed by my recent visit to this Staples. The entire store looked like it had not been properly cleaned in a very long time. The carpet in the main shopping area was visibly dirty and worn, and the overall condition of the store gave the impression that basic cleaning and maintenance were being neglected. The restrooms were especially bad and were not in a condition I would expect from a major retail store. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the store was bad enough that I did not even want to shop there. I hope management takes this seriously. A clean, well-maintained environment should be the bare minimum for customers.

I am a frequent customer and this man was just rude and loud. The young lady let him know the instructions for his return and he automatically raised his voice and questioned why? These people work here and deal with Amazon returns all day long and am pretty sure they know the rules for each return. Once a customer doesn't like what they hear they decide to criticize the employee. I'm including the actual return instructions with this response for anyone who may be unfamiliar with how the different Amazon return options work. Hopefully, this helps clarify the difference between "no box needed" and a return that requires the customer to have the item boxed and sealed. I understand that employees have long days and may be eager to go home, but customers rely on the posted hours when planning their visits.
