If I wanted raised printing or foil, I would also need to provide the files separately, and the only foil options available were silver or gold. I was repeatedly encouraged to just place the order online, which was disappointing because the entire reason I came in person was to work with someone who could help me make sure everything looked right before spending $100+ on cards.
