We found this place, dropped off our bags, and had a kick ass weekend. Because, duh. It's Santa Fe. When we picked up, our laundry was well cleaned and folded, and the price was right. However, when we got back to Durango, we noticed a few shirts were missing. That was when we called the laundry and found out we left the store without one of our bags. I was particularly disappointed as it included two shirts I bought recently and only wore a handful of times. And they looked good on me, which is rare. The manager very promptly took care of us and mailed the lost items to us in Colorado, arriving in just a few days. Finally, I can show my face in public again! Seriously, it was way cool how quickly they took care of it and sent us the missing shirts. This place deserves all the business.

The lady acted smug and entitled as if I was an intrusion in her day. She quoted $20.00 to clean a simple dress? Really? . . . what planet do you think you're on? Besides the rude customer service, outrageous, laughable prices, the place was very dirty. When we first moved here to Santa Fe in 1998, I experimented with a handful of different dry cleaners in town and was not at all satisfied with their knowledge and quality of workmanship. Some actually ruined some very expensive designer clothing that I took to them. When I discovered Aspen Cleaners, I became a huge fan of the care and expertise that they showed to me and my clothing. They people there are very friendly and knowledgeable. There is one glitch too funny not to mention though. They keep sending my dad emails and texts every few weeks saying he's got laundry that needs to be picked up or it will become theirs as they've help it for over 200 days. They say they don't actually have anything on hold for my parents and that it's a glitch in their system, but they can't figure out how to fix it. My rents just have to deal with endless texts and emails about wayward clothes for the rest of their lives I guess.
