Do not order anything online that is listed as pre-order. They have a terrible time managing their suppliers. You'll be waiting for the rest of your life to receive it. I've had multiple cases where it has taken over 6 months to get an item when it was advertised to be available in 6-8 weeks. I finally canceled another order today that I've been waiting for since September. When I placed the order, expected delivery was listed as November. Now it's expected to be February. They have beautiful items, but terrible supply chain. read more

Where do I start - I have been a loyal PC customer in Santa Fe for about 20 years. Admittedly, they are hit or miss with their fashions i.e., love their modern Ryder and motorcycle pants, pass on their matronly, floral looks. The quality is great out of the store, but every PC fan knows that you either don't wash the clothes or you hand wash/air dry knowing they are not going to look the same afterwards. It's not surprising when these clothes don't last, which is another concession you make when you hand them your credit card for $250 pants and sweaters that cost $399. But, the clothes are unique and you can't help but buy into their beauty when they are new off the rack. I am writing this review because I've reached my breaking point with this retailer: both the quality and Santa Fe store customer service have reached a new low, together. I spent $1700 on clothes for my birthday, where I bought a new color of the motorcycle pant. The next day I took the tag off and pulled them on gripping the waist with a finger loosely placed next to a belt loop. As I pulled them on, the loop ripped out. I took them off and returned them promptly to the store in Santa Fe, with the receipt and in a PC bag they came home in. When I arrived at the store, I was met with rude stares from the store manager - I am assuming she saw me come in with a PC bag, expecting a return. When I presented the clean, unworn pants, I told them the belt loop ripped out the first time I put on the pants (I know my size, I have 6 pairs of these, more on that later). The other PC associates now congregated around the counter asking "where's the tag?!?", to which I replied that I was expecting to wear these to work, that I took the tag off before putting them on. They told me a) I shouldn't have taken the tag off before wearing, and b) I put the "pants on WRONG". I spend $1000s per year in this store and they blame PC's faulty craftsmanship on how I put their pants on. This eye popping ridicule occurring in front of the very few customers window-shopping at their overpriced, tone deaf store. (I love the Pretty Woman reference another reviewer made here) An aside: the motorcycle pants used to have real leather details on the front pockets and a size 6 was an actual size 6, now the pants run SMALL where an 8 or even a 10 is now a 6. Quality and the special details of this item have gone way down from 10 years ago, but the price has risen, of course. There you have it, needless to say I won't be back. And look into other reviews about their abominable shipping policies - you aren't faring better buying from them online. I am sure I can find a nice hand knit alpaca sweater somewhere else that will last proportional to the price I pay for it. read more

For quality and beauty, nothing beats PC's women's apparel. Personally, I love the long scrunchable tanks, the leggings, the dresses, the sweaters - everything!! Even the most delicate pieces from PC last and last, always garnering compliments. Unfortunately, I dock two stars from this store because frankly, the service stinks. Often I'm ignored when I go in to browse while older and wealthier-seeming patrons are pampered. The old manager knew me by name, but new personnel watch me like I'm about to shoplift. Plus, transactions seem to take an eternity, as if once you're in the store, time ceases to exist. Things often seem more complicated than they need to be, too. I returned boots last week, and was told, somewhat rudely, that I needed the original card I paid for the boots with, or else they couldn't perform the transaction. When I said, apologetically, that I didn't have that original card, the rules suddenly changed, and the woman admitted that they could use a different card, but that they "preferred" a non-Amex. Um, hello PC! I've spent thousands in your store and $20 on shipping these (too tight) boots alone. Last I checked, stinginess does not equal classiness. You charge a luxury tax, for God's sake. Anyway, that's my review. If you're looking for beauty with a side dish of snobbery, this PC is your place. For great shopping without the attitude, just go online. read more

Posting my google review here, for added visibility. Had a "Pretty Woman" experience here. One woman followed me around re-arranging every rack after I touched it. Same woman told me that they didn't have styles and colors that they did, and then, after I very obviously went into the dressing room to try on a few things (she must have known because I she followed me around the entire time) and my husband walked in looking for me, she told him I had left. After that, I immediately changed back into my clothes and walked straight out. I guess because I'm under the age of 65 and I was wearing hiking boots they figured I wasn't going to make them any money? Who knows. Gross experience. Glad I didn't drop a few hundred dollars on one of their dresses. Two stars because the clothes are quite beautiful and well made. read more

The customer service is amazing and always looking forward to my next visit there. The clothing is beautiful and many pieces compliment other pieces within collections. You can create a variety of outfits with many options of high quality pieces. They use covid safe practices and know that I can enjoy my time there while shopping.
