Great service. Selection was limited for service and value made up for it. I will buy from them again.

Prices are good, service and followup are awful. Have bought 3 appliances from them - never again!

After a few calls, only Premier answered my call and to my amazement, Premier scheduled a tech to come the very next day. The technician arrived on time and when asked, told me of his extensive experience fixing over 1000 refrigerators! It was costly to repair, but far less than a new one. The service tech had all the parts needed and handled the job in an extremely professional manner, and now my fridge runs like new. Call Premier Appliance. I was glad I found them.

Always read the reviews…read more As I said to the owner of Premier Appliance, I am not a happy customer. In arranging for a technician to repair our dryer, I understood that Premier's minimum fee of $165 would be applied to the cost of repairs to our dryer. What I do NOT remember being told is that Premier has a minimum labor charge of $80, in addition to the minimum required $165 charge (plus parts and taxes, of course). At my request, the owner called me and I suggested that Premier explain this to potential customers before scheduling customer service. I was upset by his accusation that I was extorting him because I mentioned that another local appliance repair company (Snap FIX Santa Fe) has a much lower, non-refundable, truck charge and diagnosis fee. Hopefully, Premier will advise potential customers of their fee structure before service so people won't be surprised as we were, of their final bill. P.S. BTW, we were pleased with the service by the technician.

He found us the right oven and instead of upselling, he actually recommended the most practical product for my needs. I love when companies are treating me how they'd want to be treated, helping me make a decision that's best for me, not selling me the priciest product I won't need. Tyler recommended a wonderful GM double oven that I now have had for maybe half a year -- beautiful oven and I've been enjoying it. GM is a great brand! My unit is older so the space available for the stove was smaller than the standard. We asked Tyler if he could find maybe a European brand that would fit and still be good and he did -- Bertazzoni! Never heard of them before Tyler found them but the stove he found was so terrific -- better than any stove I've had before. I cook quite a bit and this thing has been a BLAST to use. I especially love the center burner, it has ZERO issue in bringing things to a boil, which can be an issue at altitude and has been and I sometimes make small amounts. This thing is the most powerful burner/stove -- yesterday I brought 6 liters of preserves to a boil VERY quickly -- my old burner wouldn't be able to do it at all. I am now a fan of Bertazzoni stoves. And it's smaller so it fits right into my space but still amazingly powerful. When they came to install, there were some issues with the fit, they took great care of it and were very professional, conscientious, and pleasant to deal with. There was a slight issue a few weeks after the installation -- I think maybe one of doors on the oven was a bit loose. Tyler came over himself within a day or two and took care of the problem. This has been such a wonderful experience -- dealing with Sierra West had been a blast and Tyler as well as all his coworkers were honest, conscientious, and helpful. I felt like I could trust them and they were looking out for me. Most importantly, I am now enjoying my new beautiful oven and stove. Based on this experience, I would recommend Sierra West and Tyler highly for your appliance needs. Thank you!

These turned out to be defective and even though they were firmly planted into our new wall of cabinets, they worked with us to get a new brand that would fit in our space and most importantly work well. You're in good hands with this company!! The best!!!

And then I thought -- why don't I shop here? They seem like they care about their customers. I used to drive to the Apple Store down in ABQ for all my Apple needs but I decided to check things out here and -- I got new Airpods Pro Max -- was cheaper than anywhere else, still wear them, that was maybe 6 months ago. Then I got an iPad for my mom, also got me a great price -- they do price matching too so I got a great price on it. I got the Best Buy Plus membership and card and that saved me a bunch of money as they have cheaper rates for members and cash back so I think I already paid for the price of the membership like 12 years ahead. Then I was looking for a Macbook Pro -- an important purchase -- and Nick helped and was so gracious and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed at a terrific price. It was the perfect machine and I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me. Then I also got myself a pair of the new Airpods Pro 4 -- it was also really great because first I thought I didn't need the noise cancellation -- but then after buying I realized that the Airpods with no noise cancellation didn't have Transparency Mode either. And while I rarely use Noise Cancelation, I very much need Transparency! Went and exchanged it the next day -- no problem at all. And also as a Plus Member I get 60 days of returns so it feels good that I can try stuff out and return if it doesn't work out. Every employee I encounter was very helpful and kind. So, yeah I'm customer for life -- it feels good to be able to try things out and deal with pleasant and trustworthy people who are trying to help you -- I bought 4 things here -- and every one of them was an unimaginably good deal that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. And I guess it's in the name -- Best Buy so it all connects. I've had my eye on a new washing machine/dryer next, I know where I'll coming for that. And when my veteran 8 year old TCL TV dies -- which it will probably never do! =) But, yeah, I had a great experience here and with getting great authentic advice, quality products, easy returns, and GREAT prices -- this can't be beat. Plus it's really nice to deal with someone local.

Most recently my young daughters also enjoyed their first visit here (5/29/2023). The place has changed significantly since the last time I had been there. There is still free parking. Mostly friendly staff - however, I don't remember paying in different areas in the same building. Speaking of buildings, there are several... The newest is one for glass blowing where classes are also offered. That sounds neat. In other buildings are the following: rugs, gifts (art, clothing, jewelry, bags, etc.) and home decor, and furniture. There is also a garden nursery in front of the main buiding in addition to pottery, sculptures, and water fountains of all sizes. I've never been to the location in Albuquerque. The difference between the two locations is that Santa Fe has the Mercado merchants from all around the world - South America, South Asia, Thailand, Nepal, Mexico, and beyond. We bought items from both the Andean Village Arts and Martz Imports. The pricing is confusing at times. Some items aren't clearly marked or not at all. Other items I found to be a bit steep. I'll be back again as long as I can help it.
