    Update: after a very long phone call, early two hours. I finally got some hope... but it was just…read moredisappointment waiting to happen. I spoke with a specialist who promised to get me my full refund, just had to wait "3 hours max", the next day I finally got the text I was waiting for to tell me the refund was being processed and to allow "48 hours max" for it to process, that was 96 business hours ago.... And absolutely nothing. They were prompt to take my money and screw up my order, prompt to pick up their couches and for get to drop off the correct couches, prompt to refund which I didn't request but only a fraction of my money hoping I wouldn't notice. This is so insane. Let's just say, My only regret is that I can only spend one lifetime boycotting this ridiculous company

So…read morefraqile The quy got mad for no reason and even thouqh I was nice to him refused to give me the name of the salesperson who helped me and sold me something she shouldn't have and refused to cancel and refund me I will never go back to this store. No phone number to call and check on order. Customer service is outsourced and horrible. Reporting to BBB. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges since I can't reach anybody to cancel my order. Your store is horrible I'I never ever come in there aaain and make sure anybody I know doesn't go in there either. The CEO of this company is SCOTT WANEK and after I file the police report for theft and fraud I will contact the CEO and anyone else I need to. No wonder Ashleys has so many lawsuits against them. Poor employees who are horrible at their jobs and basic customer service skills. Jason sits in a chair all day clearing doing nothing every time I've been in here. Now I know why. Useless. DO NOT GO HERE This store will never improve I'll never come here again.

So naturally when my parents needed a new bed I decided to get them one. Enter Jennifer, the salesperson at this location. She definitely had that slick used car salesman vibe going on, with a condescending tone telling me what I needed, a disregard for what I told her I wanted and a clear "I'm definately going to screw you on the price" feel about her. Like I said, I have four of them, so I didn't need to be told what I needed. I knew exactly what I wanted. It wasn't good enough for her though, as she continued to try to upsell me on things I didn't want, and made promises regarding when she would be able to get the bed delivered, which in the end she wasn't able to meet. She also charged me to haul away the old mattresses, but when the guys came to take them away they told me they couldn't do it with Tempur-Pedic beds because of the box springs. I advised them that if they couldn't take away the old beds I didn't want the new ones. They had to get their district supervisor on the phone late on a Friday night who said he would work with Jennifer on Monday to see if they could find somebody to come haul them away for me, but you know how that story was going to end up. Since I was putting my parents in an assisted living facility and I live in Arizona with a limited amount of time I could be there, I accepted the mattresses, and then paid a couple of sketchy dudes I found in front of Home Depot fifty bucks to haul away the old ones so I could be sure it was done. The TLDR version is this: Sleep Number beds rock. Just don't believe anything Jennifer says or let her upsell you. This happened four months ago and I'm still irritated about it. Buying a mattress and having it delivered shouldn't have been nearly so stressful. Buy one, but his the Alb store to save yourself the aggravation.

She wouldn't show me a bed without getting my information and had me write it down. I assumed that meant she had immediate availability for me. After an hour trying beds, she tells me there is nothing available for delivery for 6 - 8 weeks. She wasted my time, so I left and went elsewhere to purchase a bed. Then the emails started. Then I am unable to opt of of their system and them sharing my information. I've called several times, and they say "you're not in our system", but I keep getting emails, and responses saying I cannot opt out. What a manipulative company. Stay away unless you want to pay too much, wait too long, and have no control over your personal information/date. The 800 number is no better than the store. No wonder they've had layoffs and reduced shareholder value and store closings over the past two years.
