She asked all the right questions and guided us to the section of the store that was within my son's budget with mattresses that provided the support and medium firmness to fit his needs. Once he made his selection she patiently explained the purchase and delivery process and answered every question that the 3 of us threw at her. We picked out a mattress for our home in San Antonio, got a price and left. Our thought at the time (full disclosure) was to find someone in the San Antonio area that could match the price and get it there, avoiding the cost and hassle of shipping it there. We couldn't come within $800 of the price. We both really felt comfortable with Bill so we went back and bought it (a king mattress by Stearns and Foster) rented a trailer and drove it to San Antonio. Still cost less, and we had no pressure to buy anything. Highly recommend these guys.
