We had a totally excellent experience with Mattress Firm regarding the advice and other comments. Delivery was by the two guys, Chris & Carlos who were very positive. The new bed was very comfortable, though after a few days we realized that our "box spring" base was too tall. Mattress Firm exchanged it with no problem. The next two delivery guys, Julius and Andy, were again very good to have in our house. Totally positive experience! We are sleeping very well nowadays. read more

This was my 2nd horrible experience with Mattress Firm at DeVargas in Santa Fe. I was guaranteed a delivery today, I waited for 4 hours, called the store and was told the delivery was not coming, no reason why. This happened before a year ago, but I was assured yesterday that I would receive this mattress today. And, I was told it could be up to 2 weeks before I get a credit (I cancelled my order, and will purchase from another store). I highly suggest that nobody buy from here, it's horrible customer service, borderline a scam store. This is the first time I have ever written a negative post about any business- this is how bad I was treated as a repeat customer. I was lied to multiple times. read more

These folks, Bob and Marcus, were friendly, kind, fun, and provided great service. The store was super clean and everyone was wearing masks. We shopped around and found the same mattress at the same price in another store, but went back to these guys to buy because of their friendly vibe. Then they went above and beyond, delivering the mattress in record time, hauling the old one away, and then sending the truck back to pick up the box springs we (erroneously) thought we needed. 2 months ago, our brains crammed with extensive mattress research that we'd done online, we realized we didn't want to be shipped an untried "bed in a box"--and so walked into the Mattress Firm New Mexico store @ Paseo de Peralta and Guadalupe. We were thrilled to find a range of mattresses we'd prioritized, and try all of them out fully--each for the recommended 15 minutes! The salesmen (Adrian and Zach) never rushed or tried to up-sell us. They listened well, were knowledgeable about the range of mattress technologies and features, and answered all our questions. When we finally made our decision, Adrian and Zach gave us a good price deal that not only threw in accessories we wanted, but also included home delivery, set up of the new mattress, base, and frame onto our headboard, and hauling away our old mattress, boxspring and frame. We enjoyed our buying experience--and now a mattress that will last us many years! read more

AWFUL..stay away. Purchased a Serta mattress. The first one developed a terrible sag and we exchanged it for a new one. The second mattress developed the same issue. We submitted a warranty claim which was approved but they would only give in store credit. They would not give a refund even though I said I'd pay the 20% restock fee. When we went to the use the in store credit, the mattress we selected was on sale. They would not honor the sale price because we were using an in store credit. I have been messaging back and forth with customer service and they have been no help and dismissed me. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. read more

Horrible service, pushy sales lady. Not very knowledgeable. Jacked up prices compared to other mattress firm locations I'm guess due to them trying to milk the rich people that move to Santa Fe. Avoid at all costs! You're better off anywhere else. read more
