And then I thought -- why don't I shop here? They seem like they care about their customers. I used to drive to the Apple Store down in ABQ for all my Apple needs but I decided to check things out here and -- I got new Airpods Pro Max -- was cheaper than anywhere else, still wear them, that was maybe 6 months ago. Then I got an iPad for my mom, also got me a great price -- they do price matching too so I got a great price on it. I got the Best Buy Plus membership and card and that saved me a bunch of money as they have cheaper rates for members and cash back so I think I already paid for the price of the membership like 12 years ahead. Then I was looking for a Macbook Pro -- an important purchase -- and Nick helped and was so gracious and helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed at a terrific price. It was the perfect machine and I really appreciated how much time and attention was given to me. Then I also got myself a pair of the new Airpods Pro 4 -- it was also really great because first I thought I didn't need the noise cancellation -- but then after buying I realized that the Airpods with no noise cancellation didn't have Transparency Mode either. And while I rarely use Noise Cancelation, I very much need Transparency! Went and exchanged it the next day -- no problem at all. And also as a Plus Member I get 60 days of returns so it feels good that I can try stuff out and return if it doesn't work out. Every employee I encounter was very helpful and kind. So, yeah I'm customer for life -- it feels good to be able to try things out and deal with pleasant and trustworthy people who are trying to help you -- I bought 4 things here -- and every one of them was an unimaginably good deal that I can't imagine getting anywhere else. And I guess it's in the name -- Best Buy so it all connects. I've had my eye on a new washing machine/dryer next, I know where I'll coming for that. And when my veteran 8 year old TCL TV dies -- which it will probably never do! =) But, yeah, I had a great experience here and with getting great authentic advice, quality products, easy returns, and GREAT prices -- this can't be beat. Plus it's really nice to deal with someone local.

I was actually buying another product and the people at the paint counter had mixed the wrong product with the color I wanted and said that this one would be better than the other and also gave me a discount. In arranging for a technician to repair our dryer, I understood that Premier's minimum fee of $165 would be applied to the cost of repairs to our dryer. What I do NOT remember being told is that Premier has a minimum labor charge of $80, in addition to the minimum required $165 charge (plus parts and taxes, of course). At my request, the owner called me and I suggested that Premier explain this to potential customers before scheduling customer service. I was upset by his accusation that I was extorting him because I mentioned that another local appliance repair company (Snap FIX Santa Fe) has a much lower, non-refundable, truck charge and diagnosis fee. Hopefully, Premier will advise potential customers of their fee structure before service so people won't be surprised as we were, of their final bill. P.S. Our refrigerator was delivered damaged more than a month ago. The following week, it took over two hours just to reach someone and arrange a replacement. We selected a different, less-expensive model, but the associate never confirmed the correct product and apparently never completed the replacement order or delivery request. My wife and I then spent another two hours trying to reach someone. We finally connected with a call-center representative who was extremely helpful, but all he could do was leave notes asking the local store to correct the problem. The correct refrigerator was eventually ordered and scheduled for delivery--but nobody informed me. I received no phone call, text, or email, despite being a Lowe's Plus member. I learned about the Tuesday delivery only after calling during my lunch break and driving to the store. I normally schedule deliveries on weekends because of work, but I was told I would have to take time off because Lowe's scheduled it for a weekday without consulting me. I spoke with manager Lester Close, explained everything Lowe's had put us through, and asked him to call after the refrigerator was delivered so we could discuss an appropriate resolution. He assured me he would call the following day. The refrigerator was delivered last Tuesday, and that call never came. I have now spent another week trying to reach him, including more than two additional hours on the phone. I have been hung up on multiple times and have received no meaningful assistance from the local store. To make matters worse, I purchased an extended warranty for the original refrigerator. I was still charged for that warranty even though I did not receive one for the replacement refrigerator. This has involved a damaged appliance, multiple ordering failures, an unannounced weekday delivery, hours upon hours on hold, repeated disconnections, an unfulfilled promise from management, and an unresolved warranty charge. The call-center representative was the only person who made a genuine effort to help. Lowe's needs to contact me, correct the warranty issue, and provide appropriate compensation for the extensive time, inconvenience, and missed work its failures have caused. Being a Lowe's Plus member clearly did not result in better communication or service. I would strongly caution others against purchasing a major appliance from this location.

I asked what it was which started a guessing game with staff and other customers. Of course I had to buy it (only $3). Came home, Google image search revealed its for turkey stuffing. I don't cook stuffing that way but I know I'll find a creative use for it. Helpful and friendly staff. Great inventory nicely organized. After entering the store, a very friendly and knowledgeable worker did not just answer my question as to where I could find the paint, but he also took me there, showed me the paint I would need to withstand cleaning, told me what prep work I needed to do, then walked me back to the checkout counter. For sure, I will go back!
