Over priced and underperforms... Last 2 times I went there THEY HAD NO HOT WATER...Good machines..pricey and that's why there are usually a machine or 3 available. read more

Not convenient to where we are staying in Santa Fe. That said, the staff and service are excellent. We had laundry back in one day.

While visiting my parents in Santa Fe, I stopped by here as my mom needed some stuff washed. They don't just have coin operated machines for customers to use, but also will take your clothes and wash them for you, so you don't have to sit around and wait for your laundry. Of course you pay a premium for this service but my mom said they do a good job and she's happy with it. The only reason I didn't give this place five stars based on my visit and my mothers satisfaction of the job they do, was because the parking lot is an eye opening combination of scary and terrifying. Maybe somewhere in between the two. In either case I would never attempt to go here again in my new car, as I almost got hit twice trying to get in and out of a parking space, of which there are almost none available. read more

Amazing service. Turnaround is fast, prices are great, and the place is always clean and well-organized. I own an Airbnb and take all my comforters, sheets, towels, etc., after each stay. Right now in my house we are having trouble with our dryer. My partner and I's clothes were starting to pile up. So I took our clothes to Solana's to be washed and folded. The two ladies at the counter helped me out with everything with smiling faces. As someone who has worked in customer service a smile goes a long way. They were so efficient on getting my stuff back to me. I appreciate it a lot. They sent me a text for when it was ready to be picked up. I would 100% come back and recommend this place to all my friends and family not just for having someone do the laundry for you but because you can do it yourself as well. It started with the person behind the counter asking for a tip before the service was done and in cash. It ended with clothing I had had for years or clothing I had just bought new being shrunk and/or damaged. Overall, hundreds of dollars worth of clothing was ruined or barely fits and most of it I cannot replace. Do not take your laundry there to get washed. read more

This place was very busy. They didn't have very many washing machines and half of them are only for staff. No ATM. Would not go back.

Have pets? Dont expect to wash your throw rugs without scrutinization. They have huge commercial washers yet they apparently want you to only wash your clean rugs here. If you have dogs dont even think of entering . There is one attendant who is like a pit pull and admonishes you for anything that may disrespect . First five minutes on any dryer is $.75 and $.25 for every four minutes. The floors are broken and ugly. Have been a customer for twenty years...not going back. read more

Solana laundromat is clean, spacious, easy to use and has plenty of machines. They also have coin machines in the shop to break down your change if you don't have quarters (you do need cash here though). Their COVID practices seem clean and up to date, and because of this you can't wait inside in between cycles. Luckily they're close to the Coop as well as the River Trail for a nice way to pass time. I have been going as my regular spot after moving into an apartment without a washer/dryer, and I recommend them! read more

They have front loading washing machines which is the only kind to use for washing down jackets.

I am visiting Santa Fe for a week and I decided to stay in one of those casitas instead of a real hotel. Unfortunately the place has no accommodations for doing laundry. Thankfully I have a car in town and could make it over to Solana to drop off my laundry for cleaning before the conference, and pick it up all washed and folded afterward. It was PERFECT! and very cheap compared to similar drop-off services I've used in other places...they even were able to use my own perfume-free detergent. They lose one star for the limited hours, which apply not only to the drop-off service but the whole place. People would be hard-pressed to get their laundry done here if they had an ordinary job or commitments into the evening. I was lucky that it worked out for me that day, but staying open late enough to do my own laundry some evening after work would be a major improvement and get them that last star. read more

Went for wash and fold service. Attendant told me the soonest she could have it done was by 5:00pm the next day. The employee didn't seem too busy or motivated. Went to the Santa Fe Laundry on Airport Road instead. They did a great job and had back in 3 hours. read more

I have a washer and dryer and I live right around the corner from Solana Center...but I wash my linens, sheets, bedspreads....and take my clothing to Solana Laundromat. They wash, dry, fold, and package everything beautifully. I tell them their service is my personal luxury and at their prices, it's well worth it ! read more

Used this laundromat for a year. There is an ATM across St Francis, a little bit of a work, but a quick drive. The women working there are very pleasant and there's a great Pho restaurant in the shopping center while you wait. read more

Definately my favorite laundromat in the Santa Fe City Limits. They pump in Sirius Satellite Radio for their patrons and are pretty inexpensive. If you come on a Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you may have a little wait. But in the mean time there's a couple restaurants in the same strip mall that are bearable and tastey. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays are the best days to go as long as you don't come at exactly 5:00pm because there's a rush from all the people living in the downtown area right after they get off work. WAY back in the 1980's there used to be video games there for the patrons and I would love to see that come back. The customers themselves range from Soccer Mom, to migrant worker, casual businessman, art fairies, and hipster dufuses... people watching there is awesome... And the conversations you can overhear when people are loudly broadcasting while talking on their cell phones can be both attrocious and bedazzling at the same time. read more

We were traveling through Santa Fe and did not care to pay the outrageous mark-up that our hotel charged for sending out laundry. Solana was a fantastic alternative. It was about a 5 minute drive from our hotel near the Plaza. I dropped laundry off there around 5 in the evening and the attendant told me it would be ready by noon the next day. At 11:45 a.m., I received a text message that my laundry was ready. My husband's shirts were hung and the rest was neatly folded and wrapped in plastic. The cost for laundering an extra large LL Bean canvas bag full of clothes was $28. Great service. Great value. The facility also looked clean and safe for those who prefer to do their own wash. read more

Arrived 20 minutes before closing with need for drying clothes. The women in charge pointed me to their best dryer and the stuff came out 20 minutes later dry. They stayed open a few minutes after closing, so...great service. recommend. read more

This laundromat is fantastic! The owners are very nice, and they run a full service business! You can drop off your laundry and they will wash it for you, or you can do it yourself. The dryers are huge and super-fast, we used two washers to wash our clothes but then only needed one dryer. Each washer costs $3 and the dryer was 25 cents for 6 minutes. read more

three and a half stars. solana laundry is clean and in a good location. I go on Thursday nights and have never had to wait. Prices seem reasonable, although I haven't been to many laundromats. I recommend getting a coffee at betterday while you wait. My only complaint is that they close at 8, although I believe if you have your laundry going before 8, they let you dry and finish it. I tried them one time only and they lost 2 expensive, brand new items. When I called the were clueless. Had to repeat 5 times and the reply was "I don't know, maybe they went to another customer". Sometimes Santa Fe drives me nuts. One strike and you're out. read more

This is a neat and clean establishment.. but the driers are a rip-off. (here in arid Santa Fe, it is an environmental travesty to be using a drier at all). But these driers need to be overhauled or properly vented. I would look for another laundromat. read more

Great Laundromat. Would have rated 5 stars except for slow turnaround on drop-off. Clean and bright and well maintained. Stopped in on Wednesday AM passing thru Santa Fe and wouldn't have gotten drop-off back until Friday, so we did it ourselves in a couple of hours. read more
