This meant I needed alterations on my dress - a giant Hayley Paige dress. I took it to Elaine and Elaine worked her magic in just 3 weeks - transforming the dress into everything I wanted. Watching Elaine work I know that no one else could have done what she did. She was able to take the train off, hem it to fit someone 5'3", create new straps, and so much more.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the price was outrageous. I was expecting to pay around $300 to take in the waist and she charge me almost $500!! I was pretty shocked seeing as how the dress wasn't even hemmed. She also charge one of my bridesmaids $280 to take in the waist on her dress which is at least double what you would expect to pay any alterations place. So overall, excellent quality but be prepared to pay top dollar.

He did mention that the leather would darken a bit afterward, which is perfectly fine since these are my work boots, not dress shoes. Vincent also shared a bit of the shop's history with me -- it was founded in the 1970s by his grandfather (whose name sadly escapes me). What started as a simple errand turned into a memorable visit thanks to Vincent's knowledgeable service and the store's rich family legacy. Highly recommended!

Aspen Cleaners is a family owned and operated dry cleaning business in Santa Fe. I cannot recommend…read morethem more highly for their expertise and quality work that they do on all of my clothes. We've been customers for about the past 20 years and have trusted them with our most expensive and delicate garments and have always been impressed with the excellent care and professional job that they have done for us. I feel that Robert and Margaret are the very best at what they do. Perhaps they charge a bit more for their services than other businesses, but this is a case of you get what you pay for. When we first moved here to Santa Fe in 1998, I experimented with a handful of different dry cleaners in town and was not at all satisfied with their knowledge and quality of workmanship. Some actually ruined some very expensive designer clothing that I took to them. When I discovered Aspen Cleaners, I became a huge fan of the care and expertise that they showed to me and my clothing. If I could give them the highest rating possible, it would not be enough because they've "far exceeded my expectations " and I've trusted them with my finest garments and have never been disappointed with the outcomes. I think that if you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable and skilled job to be done on your clothing, look no further. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

We found this place, dropped off our bags, and had a kick ass weekend. Because, duh. It's Santa Fe. When we picked up, our laundry was well cleaned and folded, and the price was right. However, when we got back to Durango, we noticed a few shirts were missing. That was when we called the laundry and found out we left the store without one of our bags. I was particularly disappointed as it included two shirts I bought recently and only wore a handful of times. And they looked good on me, which is rare. The manager very promptly took care of us and mailed the lost items to us in Colorado, arriving in just a few days. Finally, I can show my face in public again! Seriously, it was way cool how quickly they took care of it and sent us the missing shirts. This place deserves all the business.
