My family and I were in town from Durango for a long weekend. Because there is only one place where we live that offers wash & fold and they are way too expensive, we decided to bring our laundry with us down to Santa Fe. We found this place, dropped off our bags, and had a kick ass weekend. Because, duh. It's Santa Fe. When we picked up, our laundry was well cleaned and folded, and the price was right. However, when we got back to Durango, we noticed a few shirts were missing. That was when we called the laundry and found out we left the store without one of our bags. I was particularly disappointed as it included two shirts I bought recently and only wore a handful of times. And they looked good on me, which is rare. The manager very promptly took care of us and mailed the lost items to us in Colorado, arriving in just a few days. Finally, I can show my face in public again! Seriously, it was way cool how quickly they took care of it and sent us the missing shirts. This place deserves all the business. read more

Great service at a very reasonable price. We were visiting from out of town on vacation and dropped off a large bag of clothes to wash and fold late in the evening, not long before closing time. The attendant rounded the weight down and said we could pick it up at 7:00 the next morning. Sure enough, we got there shortly after 7:00 and our clothes were clean and folded nicely. The Laundromat has a four star rating. Some of the washing machines are out of order, and a significant number of the dryers are not functioning according to a patron I spoke to; it is a marathon to do your laundry at this business. It was the closest laundry near me. Next time I will go out of my way elsewhere. read more

Every time I go to this laundromat I am either losing money or having to spend an entire day there. There are only a few working machines, and all the dryers are poorly made machines. Today, I washed a few throw blankets and the $8 machine didn't properly raise it. Despite this mishap, I threw the blankets in the dryer, set it to one hour ($3), then left to run a quick errand. When I returned the door was wide open and the timer ran out. I spoke to one of the workers and this woman told me I had to watch the damn dryer w/ blankets because they're heavy. Seriously?!? How is that an answer? Not a single offer to reimbursed me for their dysfunctional dryers! I will not be returning! read more

While visiting Santa Fe in my RV I decided to drop my laundry off and have it washed and folded. I picked the perfect place. They are so friendly and had all my things (23lbs) done on a few hours. Also they cleaned two pair of very muddy Skechers me. I can't recommend these people any higher. read more

I switched to this laundromat from The Wash Tub in Cerrillos after they raised the machine prices because I thought this one would be cheaper, but it's actually more expensive. The dryers only give you 7 minutes for 25c, the Wash Tub gives you 8. The only place you save money is in the washers: they can wash big loads for $3.00. read more

Very clean laundromat. It seems like most of the machines are in working order. Basic wash machines seem expensive at $2.75 but since they are front loading, I could fit alot in. There are two jumbo washers and seven triple loaders (all are taken) There appears to be plenty of driers. read more

It's nice and clean but a little on the uncomfortably warm side. They have a machine that will break larger bills and their change machines always seem to be in working order. Most of the washing machines are front loaders and they offer ironing. read more
