I remember as a kid going to their old location near where Food King and Domino's Pizza is now. I've gone to a few of the other laundromats in town and really don't like them. The machines here are easy to use. The staff is always very friendly and helpful if you have issues with machines. They have free coffee if you go in the early morning. Some days/times are very busy though, and it can get crowded. I think they are under new ownership now. The change machines that were recently added are very convenient. The bathroom is always clean. I've been going weekly over the past couple years and have seen the pieces on the machines go up a couple times, but they seem to be consistent with the other places in town.

Workmanship, attention to detail and cleanliness are all lacking at this business. I caution you…read moreagainst trusting them with your clothing! The work was hastily and poorly done; everything I had hemmed there will need to be redone.

They have a number of pieces in display cases that are standouts made by local artists. They have bottle caps bracelets and handbags made in Brazil by a women's co-op that was featured in "O" magazine, which I purchased. As you know settings and grade of stones determine price, so know that this is "costume jewelery" which is extremely well made and fun to wear. One of her local artists makes the most whimsical pieces, one that I could not resist! Go check it out since it is just off the Plaza.

This is the first time I've used a carpet cleaning service and he far exceeded my expectations!

After we ate we came back over and bought a large one. They let you pick which one you want and get it off for you. As she was packing it into the paper bag, she told us how to properly keep it and transport it home since we were on a road trip. We got it home successfully and it looks amazing hanging in our kitchen! We went back the next day because my husband (a lover of all things spicy) decided he wanted a small one to hang from his rear view mirror in his car. A different lady helped me this time and she was very kind! I will say that she put the small one in a plastic bag and didn't explain how to keep it, but that may have been because I told her we had been in the day before getting a larger one. I thought we paid a decent price for what we got and the service from both ladies was stellar!

Don't let the initial review on here fool you. It took me three trips just to pick up my boots…read morebecause they were closed 2 times when they were supposed to be open. (So four trips total including drop off.) The second attempt I made to pick them up I called ahead of time, told him I was driving from Santa Fe and would be there before 5:00. He assured me they would be open until then. There was traffic and I made it by 4:48 -- they were already closed with no sign of anyone there. When I finally got them he had stitched up part of my boot with a different, lighter color of thread on the toe so the stitching is extremely obvious and does not match the rest of the boot. He told me the repair would cost $30, he charged me $35. They only accept cash. Don't waste your time. Lost over 3 hours of my life on this unprofessional business.
