My doctor has sent over clinical notes from my visit which had my prescription in it. They never bothered to look and read through the notes. They figured that my doctor never sent a prescription over. So finally after 2 months of waiting. An awesome wonderful worker named Mark finally helped me. I'm hoping things go through. I did get a message telling me I should be getting my supplies in about 3 to 5 days. Hopefully things go well I get my supplies.

I've had to replace 3 concentrators in roughly 4 months and twice they didn't come to replace the machine although they said it was scheduled. The oxygen generator was too enormous and loud to be useable. The customer service representative was extremely rude. She claimed that our insurance policy required us to rent the oxygen generator. However she didn't even know what our insurance company is. after further probing she said that they will pick up the oxygen generator tomorrow and also take away my essential oxygen tanks!!! Sucks because they are the only place in New Mexico. Equipment constantly breaks within first year equipment failed within 3 weeks leaving me stranded. With 5 more breaks within that year total of 10 altogether causing more stress than needed. I now have a legit fear of going anywhere without help because of how many times different controls every where break! Whether it's the seat stuck outside my truck, or the wheel chair lift failing outside the bed of the truck. If there was another place in New Mexico I highly recommend it over this shit show. I told them I hadn't heard from Lincare at all. They called a week later and scheduled me for an appointment. I had to block the toll free line (India) because they could not understand why I wasn't ordering supplies from them. I spoke with a woman (manager) at the local office, and a man. The woman was rude and gaslighted (gaslit?) my provider because they requested the mask that I use (15 years), and din't check every box. When the man called (also rude) to try to get me to order more supplies and still had my order wrong. Hopefully I'll be able to switch companies (again).
