I just moved here and left all my paraphernalia behind. A friend suggested I come here and told me they had a huge stock. What a wonderful store. The owner spent a lot of time with me to determine the best bubbler for me. She told me all about how to use it and clean it. She even showed me a little glass stopper that kept the little pieces from falling through so I wouldn't need to buy screens. We talked for a long time and she was so warm and friendly. I'll definitely be going back there and will recommend it to everyone! read more

RUDE!!! I was yelled at and harassed by one of the store employees, Hispanic woman, for pulling my car into one of their parking spots. I pulled into a spot to turn my car around and see where I could move to. I never turned off my car, the engine was running, with me in it, waiting for a parking spot to open up for the next door salon. She yelled at me several times, even as I was moving my vehicle! She even yelled at another driver. She threatened to tow my vehicle with me in it! If you have a choice, go somewhere else! read more

This place doesn't deserve 1/4 star. Don't put your kind bud in a pipe from an unkind shop! Absolutely the worst head shop I've experienced. The owner was extremely rude and over reactive, not to mention uncouth. We bought two very expensive vapes that we were not satisfied with, but understood completely that she could not refund or exchange as they were used. One pipe was bought for my brother with Parkinson's disease and it was too complicated to operate. What we did NOT understand was her abrasive and abusive attitude when having a chat about the product. She went on and on about being in business for 30 years as though that justified her abuse and complete lack of compassion. There are loads of other shops in and around Santa Fe with far better stock, price and attitude. Save yourself some grief and shop else where. read more

New to town and wanted to check out this head shop. The lady working was leaning into the side of a truck in the parking lot. As I got out of the car I could hear her complaining about parking in her parking lot. Can't I read the sign right in front of me that they will boot my car and tow it? How dumb am I? Well I'm not dumb. When she very rudely asked me what I was doing as I walked to the door I lied and asked what their hours were. Completely turned off I decided to spend my money at the restaurant next door that must be good enough because clearly they had problems with people taking their parking. I won't be back. Totally judgmental and I'll spend my money elsewhere. Your loss. read more
