I drove 4 hours to try bbq here. It was not a let down the bbq was amazing big portions and taste was awesome. I did stand in line 2 hours that was still worth it. They put on a short show to boot and it was great. Worth it

Top notch Mission Bbq experience. Im not sure how a chain can maintain such consistency in their food as well as their customer service, but Mission has it dialed. Delicious, lean brisket on a fresh roll, 6 options of bbq sauce and top notch sides. All this in a super friendly, welcoming environment. Will definitely be back.

Amazing experience at Mission BBQ! Kaiya was super helpful with our order, Andy was awesome behind the counter, and Riley was so kind and friendly--she even brought us brownies on the house. Great food and even better service!

Never having been inside a Mission BBQ, I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff were here. Since it was my first time, an employee came to my table and explained the sauces and even gave me a coupon for a free sandwich on my next visit. He then came around a few more times with free samples of tasty food. So nice and enthusiastic!! The brisket sandwich was delicious. A big hunk of brisket on a bun with lots of sauce options. I ate little bites of meat with each sauce so I could decide which I enjoyed the most. The mac and cheese was gooey and tasty! Overall, five stars here for yummy food and exceptional customer service.

Late lunch with my bride. Dining in! Yay!

Damn Instagram food porn. Mission had a teaser on IG yesterday promoting their Turkey sando. With an extree tease of a Alabama Q sauce drizzle. Oh, the power of suggestion. That bird is for me. Low and behold, my bride and I stop by for a late lunch and I had the video of that Alabama drizzled sando etched in my psyche. And I ordered it. I did the XXL combo with the Mac and Cheese and slaw. My wife ordered the half yardbird with sides of broccoli salad and green beans. All said and done some $30.93 later, we left happy and I may not need dinner.

Collard Greens (loaded with tomatoes)

I love going to Mission BBQ. The sides use to be my favorite until they started to load the green beans with bacon and the collard greens with a ton of tomatoes. I ordered a pint size of collard greens thinking I would avoid so many tomatoes and HALF of the pint was tomatoes and not very many collards. This is getting out of hand.

Great food, good manager. Three visits in roughly four weeks. Skip the green beans but get the coleslaw and cheesy potatoes.

We ordered a breakfast sandwich, breakfast burrito and two drip coffees at the counter by a lovely young woman. She was very kind and had a positive attitude. Zeke's Coffee is always delicious, and our orders were delivered to our table in no time. The breakfast sandwich was fantastic, as was the breakfast burrito with turkey sausage. It was huge so I took half home to enjoy later. Alyssa was very friendly and helped me find a to-go container and also replaced the coffee that was out. Very friendly and professional employees here. Free hour parking across the street in the open lot. The highlight? Purse hooks at each table along the wall. Nice touch! It's the little things....

I went in and was met with soothing holiday music and friendly staff. I ordered the Seasonal Scramble with the help of the staff I was settled not to get the asian pears on my scramble but on the side. The seasonal scramble comes with home fries and multi grain toast. The eggs are made with goat cheese and some other ingredients. The goat cheese was not a hit with this. The home fries were cold. I also ordered their popular cinnamon toast latte. I was not a true fan as the coffee used is quite strong ang bitter. I ordered to go and to my suprise I see that this is an Atlas Restaurant Group establishment. Because these folks were nice, I may come back and try something else because this $18 meal was not tasty. It gave me a queasy stomach smelling and eating the eggs with the goat cheese.

Within 25 minutes I was really sick (I will spare you the details) , So I called and asked to speak to the manager . I was calm and polite (I am a retired pastor); I was given the shift supervisor. I calmly explained what had happened and asked if perhaps the sandwich was made mistakenly with the same utensils or on the same surface as those made with regular bread. I told her that gluten contamination is 20 parts per million. She then "managersplained" to me that it was my fault for not explaining to the disembodied voice that I was allergic to gluten. "Next time, you should tell us: we're not mind readers." No apology, just snarkiness. Next time? I wanted to ask who would pay extra for nasty gluten free bread if they didn't have to eat nasty, overpriced gluten free bread? But I didn't. I'm just not going to eat there again. The chicken salad was excellent but not worth two days of getting sick. SO IF YOU HAVE GLUTEN SENSITIVITY OR CELIAC, SKIP ATWATERS.

Each year has been phenomenal service from beginning to end. From the placing of the order to me calling to verify, and then my picking it up, it's always been smooth, friendly, and professional. I arrived 11 minutes after the pickup time but could not find my order. I asked and found out the reason my order wasn't ready was because the cookie I ordered was not available. I had to settle for a cookie I didn't even want. The macaroni was completely overcooked and mushy. I threw most of this away. Oddly enough, Potbelly sent me a review request which I was happy to provide feedback with all of the above. That was 6 days ago. Part of the review process, they asked if they would be able to contact me to follow up regarding my feedback. I provided my contact info, but have never heard back. I guess they really don't care about customers either new or repeat. Their lack of feedback has solidified my view on my experience and I will not be back. Not even to redeem the free cookie they promised for my feedback or the free sandwich they promised for using the app.

I'm a big fan of cinnamon raisin pretzels and was happy to see that theirs didn't come with extra cinnamon sugar on top. They do offer a separate cinnamon sugar pretzel for those who prefer that. The glaze on the cinnamon raisin pretzel was perfect for me. My husband tried the pecan caramel pretzel as well as an original, with a large orangeade. What I appreciated most about the cinnamon raisin pretzel was its freshness and the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. The original pretzel had just the right amount of salt, which was great. We didn't care for the pecan caramel pretzel much. The pecans were a bit too toasted and it lacked caramel. The orangeade was delicious! I'll definitely be returning because the service was great and the quality of the pretzels really stands out. The all-beef pretzel dog is next on my list!
