Just perfect. The collard greens had a nice smoky flavor and were cooked with smoked turkey, giving them that deep, comforting Southern taste. There were also two sad pieces of plantains, ( I had to ask what they were because they were unrecognizable). It looked as though these may have been cooked yesterday.
