I had a great time at Missing Links Brewery. A friend and myself came for an early dinner. We sat outside to enjoy the beautiful weather. Our service was fast and the food was delicious! I ordered a brisket sandwich. Yumm! Also the fries were soooo good. I also had a peach cider to drink. It was tasty. I'm not a beer drinker so can't help you there! I would totally come back just for the food.

This was the first stop on my group's Butler Brewery Tour. We frequent breweries and had been wanting to check out what Butler had to offer. Missing Links was the first stop and it was definitely the best of the night. From the outside you may not expect much, but the inside is very nice. There is a bar and plenty of tables, both high and low. It was clean and the decor was nice. Our server was friendly. First the food. We ordered a pretzel and also a pizza. The pretzel was good and came with beer cheese and mustard. The mustard was great, we were even dipping the pizza crust in it. The pizza was good. Nothing to blow you away about the food and it's a limited menu but it is good. Next, the beer, the important part. They have a great selection, with 18 taps in a variety of styles, plus a few ciders on the list. I ordered a flight of the Woolly Mammoth, Caveman Porter, Scottish ale, and Stroke of Midnight Pumpkin Ale (on nitro). My favorite of the bunch was definitely the Woolly Mammoth. It's a winter ale, which can be tricky. I thought the flavors were well balanced and it was smooth. The Stroke of Midnight was good, though definitely more spices than pumpkin. All four beers were enjoyable and I would drink them again. I would have loved to try some others but we had other stops to get to. Overall Missing Links was a great experience. I would definitely go back to try some of the other beers and see what new ones they release.

I am giving 3 stars simply based upon our first visit. In the hopes of trying somewhere new we traveled to Missing Links. It was a Saturday evening and the place was packed. It was a bit confusing as to how you check I. For waiting list. Wife found a server and added our name. We waited quite a bit as folks seemed to want to just sit and talk while nursing their beers. While we were waiting an older gentleman tried to skip line and take a table as it opened. This because protocol/procedures are not clearly defined. They had a two person music group inn the evening we visited. The folks were good, how music was WAY TOO loud. When we were finally a seated my wife and I couldn't hear each other at the small table without screaming at each other. Again, they were decent but so damn loud. Beer... not great. Food.... not bad, my burger was good. Apps selection not great. My wife quickly realized that the pretzel apps oN menu were juSt frozen pretzels from Sams Club. Were ordered the regular pretzel bites were just a Sams soft pretzel cut in pieces. I would possibly go back if there was no band and the beer improved.

Super relaxed brewery with good brews and nice food options. The servers were really nice and I loved they had the rugby on tv.

It didn't take us long to make this a regular place to go. The beers are great, although my favorites are juicy IPAs and I tend toward this style. The staff there is mostly friendly, we all have off days. ;) The food, from Freedom Farms, is very good and offers generous portions. I deducted a half point from my review because they do not keep an updated menu on their website. The beer selection is updated regularly, though. We went last week, expecting to have dinner and beer to get us out of the house because we were going winter stir-crazy, and were surprised to find food truck-style offerings from a bbq place instead of our favorite Freedom Farms fare.. It was pretty good, but as a warning to those who are unfamiliar, when you order "pulled brisket" what you get is a scoop of meat in a paper bowl. There was a brocolli salad that sounded good for $5, but at that point the line was long and I just didn't want to bother. Husband thought that the pulled pork mac&cheese was really good. I will return again on a Thursday to check out the taco food truck, it may be more what I want from a meal. Can't wait for warmer weather, we love sitting outside in the greenhouse area. The main building can get pretty loud, especially when a lot of kids are running free.

For "new (to me) brewery Sunday" we stopped at the beer crib after a trip up north for a bit. The atmosphere outside is very relaxing in the flowery greenhouse and swings. There's plenty of seating between those options plus the corn silos. There's a disc golf course as well as a kitchen that has a smoky smell that was amazing. Bartenders offered quick service. It has about half the tap list vs the millvale location, not sure if that was just due to the end of the weekend or if that's normal. But only 5-6 beers. Thoroughly enjoyed this stop, wish it was closer!

Our server was Dustin (or Justin, we weren't sure) who was terrific (ask for him to wait on you, if you can!) I had the Italian Panini which was so yummy! Also the side dish of loaded mashed potatoes with gravy ..... They were just okay. It was quite a cold night, so 3 of us had nice hot cups of tea served in these quaint handmade mugs! And I had a glass of homemade root beer ..... ya can't go wrong! The prices are reasonable: my tea, root beer, and Italian Panini were $25. I think very moderate. Reservations are highly recommended. You can make one online for a party of up to 6. Larger groups must be reserved over the phone. Highly recommend and I would give it more than five stars if I could!

We enjoyed our Cajun chicken pasta (4.5/5) and the buffalo chicken sandwich (4.5/5). The Backpack Stash IPA was really good and this is coming from someone who doesn't drink much beer. The walls had a lot of cool historical vintage photos and antique items. There's indoor and outdoor seating. We had really good friendly service (5/5). We recommend this restaurant! Happy Yelping :)
