    Focaccia capicola sandwich

When I was looking at places next to Sagrada Famila, I thought they would all be tourist traps (overpriced with just OK food). I was wrong. Miss Simona has great sandwiches at reasonable prices. I was really impressed with Focaccia Capicola and would come back for it. My girls were VERY happy with chicken wrap. Chicken was so moist and flavourful

Great little cafe near La Sagrada Família for a quick coffee & food. Staff was incredible friendly and helpful. Indoor and outdoor seating available!

I found this place online before my trip to Barcelona and the food looked too good to pass up and I'm so happy I went! The staff were very friendly and helpful accommodating my order. It is very cute inside the café and wasn't busy when I dined in the morning so it was very relaxing. If I'm ever back in the city I will come again!

The owners and staff were so kind and hospitable. The ambiance is great, and I was even able to charge my phone before entering the Sagrada Familia (needed the app for the downloaded guide). On top of all of that, the focaccia pizza and flat white were the perfect pick-me-up after a long day!

Yummy out of the way brunch tapas spot. Best coffee in a week! Everything super fresh and hand made. The hoolindase sauce on the salmon was the best I have had in years super bright and tangy!

About one and a half blocks from Sagrada Familia sits this cute, small cafe with indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed an awesome breakfast here. We got the poached egg casserole with potatoes, spinach, creme frachie and smoke salmon. It was so tasty! The potatoes were cooked to perfection. They were so tender, so maybe boiled? The poached egg was perfectly runny and blended into the creme frachie. The quality of the smoke salmon was insane. Like sashimi. Also had a Nutella banana croissant and a coconut mango smoothie.

Amazing food! We were happy with everything we got. Highly recommend taking a stop here and enjoying their tapas and bocadillos

Fluffy pancakes with strawberries, hazelnuts, and cream. Amazing!

Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The chocolate mousse was light and the bread to mousse ratio was perfect. It's a smaller dessert tho I wouldn't recommend it if ur sharing. Service: amazing! Staff I'm everywhere so it was very easy to order more food. Also we were sitting buy the area where they made dessert and they allowed me to record them making it!! Comfortable ambiance great for date night or casual meals!!!

The feta cheese was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like imitation rubber cheese. - The "Al Ajillo" Style Shrimps (GAMBES AMB ALLADA) had a very strange flavor within it, which overwhelmed the garlic flavors. - The Beef Tenderloin (FILET VEDELLA), she had to spit 1/4 of it out because it was too tough. - Everything was overpriced there for the value. If you are in the area DO NOT waste your time nor money dining here!!!

It's about a 6 minute taxi ride from there. We were seated in the back room with the writing covering the walls. The front bar seemed a little livelier but we took what was offered. Husband had house red wine (3.50 euros) and I had sangria (4.50 euros). Good pours for both. We started with the red shrimp (gambillos) in a lemongrass sauce, about 6 shrimp for 15 euros. Then grilled octopus (which was very tender) over mash potatos and snap peas for 15 euros. We also had a side of grilled bread (4 pieces) for 3.5. We also ordered the Pepita beef with mash potato but took home for dinner as we were full (18 euros). We finished with the homemade corn ice cream with carmelized popcorn and raspberries, which was very unique at 6.5. We added our names to the wall to top off the meal. Service was quick and friendly. Total bill was 85 euros including 5 drinks. It was our best meal in Barcelona so far.
