We took a pictures and sent a complaint email to the Dog stop for the negligence and carelessness with my dog. We never get any response from them. We brought my dog to the Pet Hospital and they test and give him a skin treatment using strong medicine and cone. The medicine prescribed was for any inflammation, skin abnormalities, skin trauma. According to The Pet Hospital they say "can't say what was the cause or what happened they only see the facts and give the right treatment" We approached to the Dog place the Mgr wasn't there but we left the veterinarian records about my dog treatment. Later Mgr. Katty called saying my email went to spam email and my dog didn't have any injuries and nothing. She didn't know when it happened and probably he did himself" Also said spoke with my dog Hospital and they never said was a bite by dog" But they never said it wasn't neither because they don't know! Obviously she tried to play down and avoid any responsibility of neglecting my dog. Trying to put all the weight of this situation on my dog doctors statement. Never offered any apology or compensation for what happened or find any solution or alternative. Poor customer service! I will never bring my dog here again!!!
