Food is fine, service was great! Honestly, if I wasn't hungry, I don't think I would've been all too keen on the food. The vibes were really good though, and honestly, it would be fun to watch sports here.

5/23/25 Ate List: Cheeseburger and fries - 6.5 Popped in middle of the afternoon Friday. Was fairly empty but was starving. Vibe is cool, staff is friendly, could see this place being a cool spot but can see it getting swamped and a bit "college bar like" during something like an Eagles game. Did the Cheeseburger, was not asked how I'd like it done - which didn't offend me, but isn't something I'd put in any "pro column" either. Burger was above fine. Good even, not great but good. Don't know if it was my hunger or low expectations but this is a true 6.5 out of 10 burger. Fries were the same too. Not great but good.

if I could give zero stars I would: we came on a Saturday night around 9:30/9:45pm. We sat down at a table and went to the bar after a few minutes and asked if we ordered there or needed a server. The bartender glanced at us once and said she'd send over a server...and one never came. we ordered at the bar and waited about 10-15 for mozzarella sticks. I then went up to the same bartender and asked for 3 waters and she shook her head no...I didn't think you could deny water to patrons but sure. My friends are sober and had to sit there without anything the entire time we were there. Also the mozzarella sticks lacked seasoning so the food wasn't even worth the wait. We will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

It was fun talking to Maureen at the bar that makes delicious drinks. The food looked delicious, especially the wings. However they no longer have vegan burgers on the menu. I would return to see Maureen and have a drink.

Good for sport watching, I have heard from others saying the wings were great, but actually, they were so-so in my opinion. They have a downstairs area, but it smelled bad for some reason.

I stopped by Misconduct on a Saturday afternoon with friends for drinks and snacks. They were easily able to accommodate us and there seemed to be great seating options for groups of all different sizes. I've come before to watch Sixers games and enjoy their buckets of beer. This visit I decided to try a cocktail and really enjoyed the Pomegranate Martini. It was relatively inexpensive for a cocktail and tasted delicious! The highlight of the food menu here has to be their chicken tenders. They are well breaded and crispy but the chicken inside is moist (sorry if you hate that word, but it is!!!) and tender (as the name implies). If you are stopping by Misconduct for any occasion, make sure that you get an order of the chicken tenders!

Came for the game and enjoyed quick eats. The loaded fries caught my eye and they delivered! I decided to skip the jalapeños and was happy I did. The seasoning had its own kick that I was satisfied with. There are many TVs to watch sports. The servers and bartenders were working hard as the bar filled up quickly for a game. There are some high tops and regular table tops to accommodate larger groups. If there's a game, be prepared for it to get loud!

Great place to watch games! Service was good. They only had 2 bartenders but luckily it wasn't packed. Drinks are solid. Vibes are great.

Since it was happy hour, we ordered all of the $6 Snacks and some $8 snack items. OOOK, here we go: Hot chicken slider( you only get 1 folks) very good and had the right amount of toppings 5/5 Pulled pork slider: Very flavorful, juicy, and tender: 5/5 Caesar salad: 5/5 Deviled eggs. Good, but too salty Fried pickles: Good, but too salty Chicken & Andouille Gumbo: This was excellent. The braised chicken thighs were seasoned well and very tender. The pickled red onions really elevated this dish. 5/5 The grilled salmon had a great char and crunch. It was not dry nor over cooked. 5/5 The burger was delicious just as a burger should be and the famous duck fat fries were very crunchy. 5/5 for both Happy hour is really the time to go, but make sure they honor your reservation. The Love is better. The space is beautiful, the service is consistently warm, and Stephen Starr's fingerprints are all over it. I love the painted white brick, the floral artwork along the walls, the street-level energy, and the outdoor seating. I also remember taking the elevator upstairs once. I can't remember whether we actually stayed and ate up there or asked to move back downstairs, but the space was charming and extremely private. It would be a great setting for a group dinner or event. Personally, I prefer downstairs. It's darker, livelier, and I like being at street level. The menu historically leaned more heavily into elevated Southern comfort food, which has never been my favorite style of cooking. That's probably why I've tended to prefer The Love for lunch over dinner, especially when Philadelphia has so many Starr restaurants competing for the same night out. I used to get what I remember as a salmon and farro bowl, although the menu appears to have evolved since then. Whatever the exact iteration was, I loved it. Fish and farro are both right in my wheelhouse. I've also enjoyed the kale salad and other lighter dishes. The thing I remember most vividly, though, is the cornbread. It is outrageously good and reason enough to order something for the table. I also give Starr credit for continuing to broaden the range of food styles in his portfolio. Once you've built restaurants across Italian, French, Mexican, English, steakhouses, seafood, and the rest, there are only so many obvious boxes left to check. The Love feels like its own lane: distinctly American, approachable, comfort-driven, and still polished enough to feel like a Starr restaurant. Looking at the menu now, it seems broader than I remember, with more options that appeal to me, and I'd be psyched to go back. The Love probably isn't the first Starr restaurant I'd choose purely based on cuisine, but that says more about the depth of his Philadelphia portfolio than it does about this restaurant. The room, hospitality, location, and execution are all excellent. I'd happily come here any day. Starr doesn't miss.

They overheard us talking about how The Trough would be nice (feeds 8 for $300, but was more than enough for us 9), and said if we wanted that they could get it started as the table was prepared. We said yes, and were sat a few minutes later with drinks in hand. Jenna (Gema? She had grape earrings) was a fantastic server and just so kind and attentive. We asked for the toppings on the side because, you know, kids, but WOW. The vodka sauce was delicious, and the pickled tomato concoction that came with them? I could've bathed in it. The calamari was perfectly crisp and came with the unexpected bonus of onion rings, which were ever-so-lightly battered and perfectly crunchy. And once again, the sauces were superb. The boys shared a cheese pizza, half pepperoni, and really enjoyed it. My husband ordered the burger, and yes, I stole a bite--and yes, to no one's surprise, it was amazing. We also ordered the charred broccoli after seeing everyone rave about it online. They were NOT wrong. Creamy, smoky, charred perfection. And finally... drumroll please... the 10 oz. smoked Duroc pork chop! OH. EM. GEEE. Perfectly charred on the outside and incredibly juicy inside, sitting in the most delicious smoky morita-apricot glaze and topped with a bright cucumber-melon salad with mint and blue basil. The contrast was perfection! The rich, smoky pork, the sweet and slightly spicy glaze, and that cool, fresh salad on top. Every bite had the perfect combination of flavors and textures. Easily one of the best pork chops I've ever had. As wonderful as the food was, the service somehow made the experience even better.
