The owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" once grabbed my child who suffers from ADHD and pushed him away from a chair, and he also YELLED at my child because the owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" wanted the chair in which my child was sitting. My child does not understand what goes around him. He has very little concept of situational awareness and has to be constantly monitored. He also receives continuous medical attention and I have the medical documents to prove it if my lawyer sees it fit to take this matter to the court. The owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" also yelled at my child who was not even talking to him. The owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" was with his goons who ganged up on me and on my child who suffers from ADHD at a community meeting establishment. The owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" would never attempt to harm a child who suffers from ADHD outside of the community meeting establishment because his goons would not be there to support him in his evil deeds. We have police and laws which govern the City of Houston. I did call the police and have filed a police report against the owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING". I am actively consulting with a few lawyers to take legal action against the owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" who is a CHILD ABUSER/CHILD TERRORIZER who PHYSICALLY/VERBALLY ASSAULTED my child. They do not fix the AC but rather patch the system so that the AC system can fail again for the benefit of the owner "(MIR) OF MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING'S" financial ambitions. I have already contacted all of my relatives and friends and have told them about the owner "(MIR) of MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING" who is a CHILD ABUSER/CHILD TERRORIZER and who PHYSICALLY/VERBALLY ASSAULTED my child. MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING is NOT BBB Accredited. MIRTRON is a low-level foul-mouthed employee who works for MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING. This company is a total sham. During your A/C service, they will supply you with subpar service and parts. This is how MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING makes money. MIRTRON also never completely fills up the "FREON", and if the customer does not have a clue, then the customer will call MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING again to refill the Freon within 6 months. MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING usually charges around $1000 to refill the Freon only partially, 10%. I thought that there was something wrong with my AC unit. I called upon a different AC servicing company, and they told me that MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING has installed subpar and used parts as new and has only filled my FREON up to 10% capacity. MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING also filled the AC unit to only 10%, and this is why the AC unit keeps malfunctioning and needs constant refilling. So, a customer has to call MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING to fix the AC problem caused by MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING, then call MIRTRON A/C AND HEATING again to fix the second, third, fourth, and fifth etc. number of problems consecutively. Mirtron charged me thousands of dollars to fix my AC unit, but gave me used parts which continued to break. This guy has anger issues, is rude, obnoxious, and threatens his customers with lawsuits. There is no way to talk to him. After a bit of bickering, he left my AC unit not fixed. I called another company which fixed my AC, and Mirtron arrived with another replacement part. I told him that I no longer want him to service my AC unit, so he threatened to take me to COURT. We did not have any verbal or written agreement after he left my AC in a damaged condition. The main thing about Mirtron is that this guy is a "BULLY", and thinks he can walk over people by DISRESPECTING them, BILKING them of their hard earned money, and casually THRERATEN customers with LAWSUITS. STAY AWAY FROM MIRTRON. Call the COPS on a speed dial if you see him near your residence. I have contacted a reputable consumer protection lawyer, and I do plan to take action.
