I recently purchased a 1990 black Jaguar and it had all the swirl marks and haze that you would expect from a 26 year old paint job. I entered the car in a show and wanted to make sure it looked its best on the show field. I booked an appointment online and received a call from Douglas on the morning of the appointment saying that his crew had been in an accident and that he was on his way to detail my car in their place. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised that the owner would come and detail my car rather than cancel under the circumstances. The job Douglas did on my car is incredible. The mirror shine he was able to achieve on my 26 year old black paint is amazing. His attention to detail is some of the best I have ever seen. He polished every bit of chrome and restored every bit of plastic and vinyl. His work on the interior was impressive as well. I received tons of complements at the show on the quality of the finish on the car, which I owe entirely to Douglas' work. I have to say that I never seeing anyone so dedicate to his Job like Douglas. I'm extremely picky when it comes to car detailing. I have gone through different franchise names and many different places and none has done the job that Douglas did on my car. I recently moved to Miami FL, and one the things I miss from Boston is this man work. I hardly doubt that I will find anyone to match his work. I had to sell my car suddenly and Douglas was able to get it detailed and in the best shape I had ever seen it. Ever. It was a 2005 Jeep I had driven since high school and you could tell. Douglas and his team worked through the night to make sure I could pick up the car in the morning for sale. Probably the best interior and exterior detailing you can find and at a reasonable price. I just had a (much overdue) interior detail done on my car when Mirror Image came to my apartment building. My car looks brand new! I don't know how, but Doug got all of the dirt out of every crack and crevice in my car. He also shampooed the carpets/floor mats - I didn't know they could get so clean. Mirror Image Mobile Detailing is amazing. Why didn't I do this sooner? They came to my workplace, cleaned my car for HOURS, and charged a very reasonable $95. My car has been transporting young children for years -- children who drop Cheerios in crevices, wipe their hands on the seats, etc., etc. My car now looks brand news inside. Great car wash. Best $8 spent to get car pretty clean. Impressed with wheel/rim cleaner. Not sure I'd ever add on extra's. And it finishes dry. Can't do any better unless you hand wash, or pay someone to hand wash. I suspect from an environmental point of view, it's probably more friendly than washing at home. read more
