Several areas of our apartment weren't cleaned well, and some weren't cleaned at all. We even sent photos showing spots that were completely untouched and debris still on the floors. When we reached out, we were offered only a small partial refund, which didn't feel like a fair response considering how much was missed. I think the value you get for your money is really good. I asked them to help me with a few other things, and they were very congenial and helped me. They didn't speak English very well, but we used our phones to communicate, and it wasn't so bad. There were some nice touches too, like how they displayed the towels like a cruise or hotel. So why 4 stars? I had to point out mirrored closet doors that were completely missed and obviously dirty, and of the 3 sets of sliding glass doors, it was strange that one set would be washed inside and out, but another set in the same room wasn't cleaned on both sides. (But when I asked them to clean it they willingly and apologetically complied.) And even though I had listed that I would want help with laundry, that wasn't touched at all, and because I didn't realize until later that they didn't understand English, I had to decide to not have the bedsheets laundered and have the beds made. By the time I realized they hadn't understood my request it was too late to keep that part in and get done in time, so I told them to just make one bed with fresh sheets and leave the other two rooms. Also, after they left, I noticed a few very obviously missed areas, and there were a couple windows that were partially missed (I asked for windows to be cleaned on the inside.) But considering how quickly they got everything done, I don't fault them too much for the bits they missed. Like I said, it was only after they left that I noticed it, and I'm sure if I had pointed it out they would have happily cleaned it to my satisfaction. All in all, I think they did a great job! And I think I will give this service another try, at a future date.

I am kinda a clean freak so when I found Blanca Ester on Yelp, I drilled her with questions and sent photos of the years of baked on rust on our stove top to confirm that she could in fact remove it. She responded with an enthusiastic YES as if it were nothing. So I invited her to help us with that and the oven and sure enough she got both looking showroom clean with a ton of elbow grease. As I understand it from her daughter, Blanca has been cleaning offices and hospitals for a very long time and is now getting into the residential market so that's why she may not have ( as of yet) the vast number of reviews but I have no doubt that will change real soon. I'm attaching a few photos of the spot deep clean work Blanca did and when I need cleaning in the future, she's the only one I will seek. On top of that her prices are crazy competitive and more than fair. ( Given my project was small and not urgent, I asked Blanca to schedule us when she was going to be close by and that way more efficient for her given the high gas prices). Lastly, this review is not complete without noting how incredibly sweet, hardworking and humble Blanca is which made the whole experience so wonderful.
