    Hands down, this was the best decision I could have made regarding the outdated and damaged tub/shower surround in my guest bathroom. Replacement estimates were coming in from $7 to $10 thousand dollars and was just not feasible right now. so....for a little over one thousand dollars, my bath, without question, looks brand new! The process was seamless with very little effort on my part, the technician was effective, personable and generally excellent....I am thrilled way beyond my expectations!

    Mike was great! Super friendly, efficient, and communicative. He was very clear on the process, the timeline, and answered all my questions. When I purchased my home the previous owners resurfaced the tub but did a subpar job. So I went into this blindly at an effort to save some money over replacing the entire thing. A great $900 investment into keeping my bathroom in top shape. I feel educated on proper maintenance and cleaning it going forward and am overall just grateful for the service.

    Excellent communication. Scheduler Taylor is sweet and professional. Chris, the guy who worked on our guest bath was nice and efficient. Did work in less than 2 days. Our home has high ceilings so there was barely any smell. Chris setup the ventilation before starting his job. No dust either. Great option for a guest bath refresh without having to spend lots. Thanks guys!

    Our bath tub is a 60 year old cast iron tub that was in dire need of repair. After researching all the do-it-yourself videos we decided to have professionals come in and resurface the tub. We are very pleased with the finished product, and the company, from the office staff to the technician were polite and eager to do the job right. We are glad we gave them a chance and we now have a beautiful finished tub.

    Called Miracle method 3 times to fix sink and they could care less they were paid and I was screwed. Beware of bad work and no warranty

We have been putting off writing a review because we wanted to share pictures after completing our backsplash. Neither of us write reviews very often, but this job was such a huge success so we needed to give them props. We are just going to list off what we liked... 1. Our kitchen is larger than a standard kitchen where all the other shops quoted needing 2 slabs to get the job done. Budget was the only shop that recommended using a Jumbo slab for our kitchen which saved us $$. 2. All we had to do is text Ian a picture of our kitchen layout to get a quote. We had a quote that same day. 3. Phone conversations were great! We had some questions about the edges and the free kitchen sink size (30" vs 32") they were including and they were responsive. 4. Easy process to get the ball rolling. All we had to do to get job going was put down 50% of the cost to have measurements done the following week, then they were out installing the countertops 2 weeks after that. 5. They showed up to install when they said they would. We were told installers would show up between 8-9am and they arrived at 8:15am and were done with our install about 4 hours later. 6. Cleanliness was exceptional - they even put cloth down to protect our flooring. 7. Our experience was so great and have been telling our friends about them if they ever need new countertops. 8. We are going to copy and paste this review into Google as well to get the word out. There are too many pieces and i won't go do that. No." I was told I needed to come down to the store to look for myself even after i was informed by another homegoods associate that they would be willing to go ahead and do that. To top it all off, the lady asked me how much and that style number that she would go look for me, she then proceeded to hang up and when i call the number back, my calls no longer are able to go through. Mine you asked in a nice manner, never provided any time of attitude. I understand that it could be a tedious task to perform but if I'm willing to out of my way to drive 40+ minutes and spend over $100 on a pieces and go pick it up, i would assume someone would be willing to help. Freakin horrible. I don't recommend this store at all, the lady in the art department on 1/19 around 2pm who answered the phone. Your customer service is freaking horrible and you should maybe find a job that isn't in retail assisting people if that's not what you are willing to provide. And if it is, you need some serious help. I've be rating this no starts but since I can't post without having a damn star, there it is.

    Shopping in Portland, Oregon…read more.. While driving from Seattle, Washington to Portland, I noticed IKEA close to the border between the States. Knowing that Oregon doesn't have sales tax. I suggested to my niece that she get her bigger desk here. She agreed! After browsing through the sales items, cute plushies, kitchen gadgets, and interesting displays, we used the clean restroom and loaded the shopping cart. My niece looked up the gaming desk's number and found the aisle where the box was located. We rolled the flat to the check out line and while we waited, I started scanning the UPC codes on the IKEA app. We skipped the line and went to pay! We even got a free large blue bag for self-scanning our purchases! Yippee! The trick was to get the $79.99 desk into our rental car. Erin, the helpful employee at the checkout station, reassured us that we could return the desk if we couldn't fit it into the car... even after we took it out of the box. We had to try. The price of the desk was great! It wasn't available online. If we had it delivered, we'd be charged Washington sales tax whick would defeat the purpose. There was no other option. We took the desk out of the box in the light rain, removed the packing materials, placed the desk legs in the trunk of the car, and maneuvered the desk top so that one corner touched the glass of the rear window and the sides rested against the back of my driver's seat (which was pushed all the way forward) and my niece's seat was pushed down as flat as it could go. She was still able to take a nap on the desktop for the 2.5 hour drive! LOL! It sure was a memorable adventure which was super productive and promoted teamwork, positive attitude, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills!

    Oh, how sad...my Ikea is not what it used to be. I haven't been here since 2020 and it definitely…read morehad a downbeat vibe. Before I arrive, I check availability online. At the store, one third of my items were out-of-stock or listed as "not at this store." Disappointing. When I asked a staff member why items are missing, he said, "lots of things walk out the door," meaning "stolen." Hmmmm....could the problem be the ridiculous self-check out system, that foists the labor onto customers, and causes shrinkage? It didn't work for Walmart....apparently, not working here either. Many of my favorite items were discontinued. The wonderful Lingonberry Sylt sauce is now some sort of jam spread. The food court is no more (remember the soft-serve cones and warm cinnamon rolls?) Many shelves had empty spots. The pretty Scandinavian designs and colors are no more, replaced by dark, dour colors and bizarre prints and patterns. Prices are much higher for the same "quality." I tried shopping online. If you purchase $50. of lightweight or small items, shipping is free....except it isn't. Tried to place an order...no free shipping...called customer service who insisted that my items weighed 50lbs when in reality, they were under 10lbs. Weird. Canceled my order. I miss the innovation and warmth of Ikea. I can easily find similar items on Amazon, but it used to be fun to browse and shop here. Seems like Ikea has lost its soul. No plans to come back...ever. (the two stars are for the gentleman who assisted me in finding items on the main floor. They need an aisle/bay numbering system like Home Depot where you can go right to an item. Their automated screens that tell you a lamp is "in the Lighting Dept" is of no help)
