I see why they have such low reviews. I used them decades ago to fix a chip in a hot tub and they did an amazing job. This time they did an absolutely terrible job on my bathtub. It was so bad I just replaced the tub. They destroyed my tub by grinding g at it and then the finish they sprayed on was covered in dust nibs. My photos will show you all you need to see. They charged me $795 for this and gave zero explanation or apologies, they did say they would charge $450 more dollars to fix what they created , I was shocked at how terrible the work was and the customer service afterward was pathetic. If you are looking to overhaul your kitchen and/or bathrooms and need to stay within a budget but desperately want to update decor that's 10, 15 or 20+ years old....this is well worth considering as an option compared to the much more costly options. read more

Their quote was over $1,000 more than what another local contractor is charging for the exact same service. A shower and a bathtub. They charge for little tiny cracks or dings where as the competition does not. Additionally they charge quite a bit for any leveling or low spots. They want you to book immediately and will call you quickly afterwards. Shop around. You'll be happy you saved some money for your project. Edit: Despite the reply from the business owner they did have two additional charge lines on the quote. One was for small holes ($175) and another for the low spot in the tub ($175). Total for my bid for a tub and a walk in shower was $2,365 plus tax. They called back the next day after the quote which in my humble opinion is pushy. It's definitely a tactic used to get you to go with them quickly before you can get another bid. read more

Called Miracle method 3 times to fix sink and they could care less they were paid and I was screwed. Beware of bad work and no warranty

"Miracle Method" is horrific. We have had our sink refinished and in less than a year it looks worse than when we started. When they finish the job it looks amazing. whatever the method is is so "porous" it absorbs all the food stains in less than 6 months. they can show before and after a that look "miraculous" but wait 6 months and photograph again. total waste of money. my advice, save your money and replace the sink or bathtub Do not use this company. read more

Love my apartment, but the shower was this dull yellow with rusted door tracks insert...yuck. So I called the places you see on TV...Jacuzzi etc. Two problems. 1. The actual surfaces they provide that look so great on TV... look like crap in person. (Some kind of wood/plastic material...not tile.) And, they say "affordable " "No installation cost"...etc... WORDS. You're going to pay over TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS!!! Really? And that was for the very simplest shower. How is it worth a late model KIA? A contractor recommended Miracle Method. MM Agent came out, very nice, found a treatment I liked. It is paint...not tile...so it needs simple...but specific cleaning to maintain the surface correctly. But looks great...AND ...Ta-dahhhh! The shower, new fabulous door...and the two bathroom countertops total...3 grand. I think it was 2 days. Sooo worth it. read more

Loved the work they did, but after only a few months I have had to put in a Warranty request, as I noticed 2 small chips. We have soft matts over every area, and matts under all kitchen appliances, as we want this to all last. The previous owners had horrid spray paint, which the tech was having a hard time removing, and was telling me they were worried about adhesion issues. I have just put in a request, to be told they will charge us to fix chips, which nothing has been chipped, I was wiping the counter with a soft rag and water and found these chips under the matts. It seems the adhesion may not of been good. I am leaving 4 stars as of now, and depending on how MM handles this, after I spent over 3k on this work, will depend if it goes up to 5. I am hoping this is a company I can keep using. We will see how they respond. UPDATE, after submitting pictures, they are sending someone out to fix. Make no mistake, the Miracle Method is not the cheapest option. That being said, they are the best option out there. I used a cheaper option in the past. Back in 2020 I had them re-finish a bathtub in a rental unit. When finished, it looked stunning. I absolutely loved it. Fast forward two years and I had tenants they were very rough on the unit and damaged the finish. I contacted Miracle Method and they came quickly and provided me with options. We're redoing our guest bathroom and were planning to do a tub insert/wall surround to cover up old tile/a pink tub but, luckily, our contractor had recently seen Miracle Method refinished a tub in a different house and recommended them. I cannot put into words how easy this all was. We called and had someone come give a quote that week and then we were scheduled for 2 weeks later. Matt came to do the work and was such a nice guy. He was at the house for ~6 hours on day 1 and another 3 hours or so on day 2 and then he was done! Only thing to know is that the smell can be pretty chemical so make sure to leave a fan on/window running for a few days. Matt left his exhaust fan running overnight which really helped then we aired out the room for a few days. Overall, communication was fast, service was prompt, and the end result was excellent. It was less expensive, less damaging, and less work than an insert would have been. I'd use them again in a heartbeat if only we had more bathrooms to redo! read more

We now have a tub with surround, a shower and a kitchen counter done with miracle method. We are very happy with the result and the economy. Ours is a mid-priced home and doesn't warrant anything super expensive. Be advised that the surface will "gas off" some fumes for several days, only the first 2 or 3 are particularly noticeable. While my downstairs neighbor of our condos is the actual Miracle Method customer, I had interaction with them due to their inadequate venting as I live upstairs. I arrived home at 10:15 pm from a week long business trip to be greeted with this terrible odor that instantly burned my eyes and lips. I covered my mouth and left the door open for a quick run through my place to see if I could quickly identify the source then ran back outside. The only light on was my downstairs neighbor. I knocked to see of he could come and check with me. He let me know he was using Miracle Method services. It was so bad in thier place, they were staying somewhere else for the night. I opened all my windows and turned on all exhaust fan as the odor was coming into my place from theirs. Miracle Methods had not vented correctly nor notified the neighbors. I was up till 3:30 am. Ended up sleeping on my couch with all windows open. I missed work today due to ill feeling and lack of sleep today. Called the main office of Miracle Methods after my initial, rude, encounter with the worker and had the pleasure of speaking with the office Manager, Tia, who has ZERO customer service skills. All I was hoping for was an exhaust fan to vent out my condo since they were still doing work on my neighbors place. They won't come up to investigate, they won't send over a exhaust fan to vent and then proceeded to insult my intelligence about me being a single reaction in 40 years of business. I let her know I didn't appreciate it and to not insult my intelligence. I have managed properties and flipped houses where their product/method type was done before without any 'reactions'. I had even done this method and similar product myself. Informed her that proper venting was not done. I requested a fan for venting, and was denied. She started her marketing scpeek about OSHA regulations and Compliance. I told her to stop...its what I do and to not lecture me about OSHA and Compliance. Needless to say, no one is coming to check my condo and no exhaust fan is being delivered. This may be a good solution for redoing countertops and bathtubs. I would STAY AWAY from this company though. They don't abide by Rules and Regulations. Their customer Service is terrible. I hope my neighbors don't have any issues in needing follow up. Miracle Method did a fabulous job. Their bathtub refinish has lasted over a year and still looks great. It's not a cheap paint job, it seems to be a herd enamel type treatment, and made our peeling tub look brand new again! They removed the old finish and started fresh. And the guy who did the work was super nice and professional- and he handled all the venting. We didn't even have to leave the house. There was very little off gassing, and the airflow set up worked well during the drying time. I would highly recommend them for any refinishing job!!! If you're going to refinish, do it right. Miracle method was recommended by a couple contractors whom I've work with to redo my bathtub. The tub job was ok but the technician wasn't very thorough on taping off the bathroom. As a result white powder from him sanding has covered the entire place ( kids toys, computer, tv, floors, couches, tables, carpet, dishes) the technician offered to use Clorox wipes to wipe up the dust. There were a couple of other issues but I just chalked that up to lack of communication... in my opinion Miracle Method charges to much of a premium price for this type of incompetence. Had our bathtub refinished by Miracle Method. There were several large chips out of it from a water damage issue and tile falling off our wall. It was a 2 day process that was explained very well and followed. The technician was extremely polite and communicated when he would be there, and was there when he said. While the process creates dust and is dirty, they taped everything off and did a great job cleaning up. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I was given, but only by $75. They were able to get right in and take care of us within a couple days of calling them. The bath looks beautiful! read more

WARNING! Do not use this company. Miracle method, checked the tiles in my shower and said they were good to use their product. After two weeks the tiles started to crack within the grout lines. They said that at the time of inspection the tiles appeared fine to them and there for it was not their fault that the tile was failing. (Please note: they do not do an inspection of behind the tiles and have no warranty if there is a issue) I have spend $3,200 dollars only for it to have completely gone down the drain. Tia, the sales rep did not do much to help me, other then letting me know that they are unable to repair the issue and that they will not provide any sort of refund. I should have had the tiles removed and replaced to start, rather then seal in a existing issue I was unaware of. I am extremely disappointed. We were looking to update/remodel our master bathroom of 27 years. Needless to say it was quite out of date. My bathroom tile, tub and sinks/countertops were still in good condition but so outdated. After getting four other quotes I found it was just too expensive ($9k-$15k) to do a complete demo so I looked into Miracle Method. After doing hours and hours of research into the company, their chemical process (see YouTube) and reading reviews - I called Miracle Method in McDonough GA for an onsite quote. Amber was very nice and was able to direct me to the right person. I called back several times during the process and found Amber always kind, polite, and so willing to help me. Leo came to my house for an estimate and offered lots of color choices. He was very informative and took the time to answer my questions as well as my concerns. They were able to schedule the work at my convenience. The tech showed up on time and was very thorough. Will took time to make sure that everything was covered up and worked very diligently to give us a great look. He even gave me a suggestion for the graphite accent I was using with the oyster base that I really liked. Will made the bathroom tile, tub and sinks beautiful again. His hard work was really appreciated. Way to go, Will! The work was completed within the promised time frame and for the amount quoted. Doug was very good about taking my calls for questions and gave me a couple of discounts to boot. The project turned out very well. Even though there were a few post-completion issues Will and Martine came back out to fix them to my satisfaction at no additional cost AND even after I had already paid in-full for the job. This speaks well of their customer service and shows they value customer satisfaction. The final look was fantastic although the strong chemical odor was a bit overwhelming. We had to spend a couple of nights in a spare bedroom but it went away after that. We are very pleased with the end result. Its like we were given a new bathroom remodel of our nearly three-decades old bathroom. All the tile, shower pan, inside of the garden tub and sinks as well as the top of the long double vanity countertop - all made beautiful again for a fraction of a remodel cost (less than $3k). I have seen the ads for this company on TV for many years. I have an original jacuzzi tub from decades ago in my condo. Somewhere along the line nice tiles and glass doors were installed. I wanted to keep those so called Miracle Method. A big shout out to this experience. It went so smoothly and the tub looks fabulous. The jets were cut out and the area now looks as if they never existed. I was worried about sleeping in the house with the fumes the first night but the bathroom was sealed very well and I was barely bothered. It was a bit expensive but worth it.
