As a previous quality management professional, defect-free workmanship and customer care were high priorities in selecting a tile restoration company. I am happy to report that Revivify exceeded my expectations! I could not have asked for better client service in the 90 days preceding the work. The lingering moisture where shower floor meets the wall was frustratingly slow in dissipating. Robert could not have been more helpful after providing the proposal of work, with multiple visits to check on progress and making recommendations to speed the drying process. In the office, Kaitlyn was so supportive in rescheduling a few dates I had optimistically made for the work before the shower was ready. After an "all clear," Logan spent a day cleaning, polishing and restoring the shower tile. I could hardly believe my eyes, but the one-inch tile grout on the shower floor is now like-new. I was a skeptic that such a transformation was possible with all the calcium buildup, missing grout and grout line cracks. All I can say is "Wow!" Revivify office staff communicated very well over the phone and went over the options for cleaning different material in the house. Pricing in a la cart, so you only pay for what you need. Service tech Shane arrived on time and was very personable, explaining each step in the process. Cleaned, polished and sealed three marble bath countertops and one mable floor that had been ignored over 25 years. Grout lines have gone from black to white (although the photos don't show it as well as it turned out). Cleaned and sealed the backsplash & granite kitchen counter. Noticable improvement with that stone, as well. Cleaned mold out of failed caulking on lower shower frame rails and resealed. Appreciated that Shane honestly recommended skipping the glass door cleaning, as it wasn't bad enough to justify the cost. Just be aware that they are limited to stone, grout, clauk, and glass cleaning services. I was hoping to have the fiberglass shower cleaned up, but they don't really have material to accomplish that task. Highly recommended! read more

Manny at Revivify did an outstanding job applying grout colorant to my 2X2 bathroom tiles a few weeks ago. He showed up on time, and the job was completed in the estimated time frame. The prior tile installers left the grout w/ very uneven coloring, such that the tile appeared dirty, even though it was brand new. Well, thanks to Manny, the grout now looks uniform, clean and crisp - it's PERFECT and I couldn't be happier. Also, I should add, picking the right shade was a bit tricky. I had looked at the palette ahead of time and none of choices seemed great. But Manny had several colorants w/ him, and he suggested a color that I had not considered previously. His recommendation was spot on! He applied some samples, they dried quickly and we chose the best option together. It was obvious that he really cared about getting it right. My rental house needed some TLC- the granite countertops hadn't been professionally cleaned or sealed in 10+ years. Bathroom tiles on the floor & in the shower had very dirty grout, missing caulking, & just looked old. I appreciated that the estimator was honest & said that the tiles may not look brand new, since the grout was old & very dark, but they would do their best to make it look a lot better. Manny did a great job on everything, & made sure I knew about a small crack in the granite that I should keep an eye on. I feel confident that everything is sealed up & protected, & it will definitely be easier for me to maintain. The cost was a little higher than I expected. Revivify were great to work with and did a great job on our shower, counters, stone patio and concrete driveway in July 2022. After the initial scheduling I had to change dates due to a death in the family. Revivify quickly canceled the original schedule and asked me to give them a call when I got back home. When I called, they quickly scheduled a new time for me and showed up right on time. Manny, the worker on my job, was prompt, efficient, and great at explaining each piece of his work. He was a delight to work with. The surface sealer on the stone patio definitely added to the appearance as well as protecting the stone and grout - we love it. These guys are fantastic! I wouldn't think twice about using them again! We had some granite counter top damage done by some painters in our home. Our slab granite had a cracked corner and the laminated edge pieces broke off both sides of the corner. :( They were willing to work with my odd work hours, so scheduling was easy and quick with them. Price was very fair and our tech, Robert came out and did a fantastic job! Robert worked very hard to make sure the repair was as invisible as a crack/break repair can get. I am a perfectionist by nature so It's easy for me to spot another perfectionist ;) It's very rare to have someone come to your home and work on something like it's their own home. We recently had some granite countertop work done. The work order also included a couple of quotes for some additional work. The technician was respectful, friendly, and highly competent. He worked 8 hours doing the following: Shower floor: Full deep clean and steam sanitizing of porcelain/grout surfaces; removal of mold, soap scum & calcium; 1 coat of color sealer to grout and complete hand buff. Shower Caulking: Cut out and clean out caulking around base of shower. Recaulked with new close matching color silicon. Shower Glass Doors: Cleaning and removal of heavy calcium and soap buildup; 1 coat of penetrating sealer and complete hand buff. He did top-notch work! He cleaned up after himself as well. We tried everything to get our shower looking clean and finally gave up, so we called Revivify. We have to admit, it was a bit disappointing that it needed to be re-grouted and re-caulked, rather than just a clean. But when it was explained to us why (mold & cracks in the grout) , we realized that was the correct solution for our shower. When it was completed, I said "WOW" at least four times within one minute. Bret did a great job cleaning, sealing, and repairing caulking on our walk-in shower. It's a pretty large space, several years old, and it was great to get a deep cleaning done. The river-rock floor in it is a challenge. Bret worked hard on it, and it looks terrific! He also polished up a glass vessel sink that I have tried all sorts of ways to get a film off of, and it is beautiful again! And it took him no time at all for that. Fabulous Job!!!!!! I had all of my stone counters in the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, buffed and re-sealed. They all look brand new :) :) :). I had three quotes to replace just the kitchen counters because of water stains and scratches from the previous owners. I love these counters - they just needed the scratches and water marks gone. We contacted Revivify to clean and repair our river rock shower floor. Their response was prompt and professional. The service was scheduled within a few days and the service technician, Bret, was knowledgeable and professional. He repaired a loose stone, cleaned and sealed the entire floor and re-grouted around the base of the shower, completing the entire job within 3-4 hours.
